🧺 The foyer also houses the laundry room, which you're welcome to use free of charge. Please note the foyer and laundry room are shared with the owners, who live in the main house, so you may occasionally cross paths there.



🪜 Your private staircase leads up to the loft space.



🏊 The backyard pool and hot tub are open for you to enjoy and are shared with the owners, who live on-site — so they may be using them at the same time during your stay.



🌿 Guests are also welcome to explore the walking trail on the 3-acre property.

A few things worth knowing before you arrive: The loft is accessed via a shared entry foyer at ground level — this foyer also houses the laundry room, which you're welcome to use free of charge. The foyer and laundry room are shared with the owners, who live in the main house, so you may cross paths there from time to time. The loft itself is private and fully separate from the main house. The pool and hot tub in the backyard are also shared with the owners, who live on-site, so they may be using them at the same time during your stay. The 3-acre property also includes a walking trail that guests are welcome to enjoy. Because the loft is above a garage, the staircase is an interior stair — great for privacy, though worth noting if mobility is a concern. The property is in a quiet, suburban neighborhood, so it's best suited for guests looking to relax and recharge rather than those seeking a walkable urban environment. A car is recommended.



⚠️ IMPORTANT GROUND RULES ⚠️

We want everyone — guests and neighbors alike — to have a great experience, so please take a moment to review these:



🚭 Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property.

🎉 This is a strictly no-party, no-event property. That means no gatherings, group functions, or celebrations beyond the registered guests.

🤝 We ask that you treat the surrounding neighborhood with respect at all times.

💸 Violation of the no-party policy will result in immediate removal from the property, forfeiture of your rental payment, and a $500 fine. We take this seriously and appreciate your understanding.

👥 Occupancy & Registered Guests: For insurance and local compliance reasons, the total number of occupants must accurately match the reservation. All guests staying at the property must be officially added to the reservation prior to arrival. Unregistered guests will result in immediate cancellation of the stay without a refund.



A Quick Note on Hiccups: Even with the best preparation, the unexpected can occasionally pop up during a stay. If anything feels off, isn't working as it should, or just needs a little attention, please reach out to us as soon as you notice it. A quick message gives us the chance to jump in and make it right while you're still here, so the rest of your visit stays smooth and stress-free. We'd much rather hear about a small issue early than learn about it after check-out, when there's nothing more we can do to help.



Interaction with Guests:

The owners live in the main house on the property and are nearby if you need anything during your stay.
