This beautiful half of a thatched-roof house has approximately 130 m² of living space and can accommodate 1–6 people.

The ground floor features a light-filled living room with a TV, fireplace, open kitchen, and a stylish dining area.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven and dishwasher, as well as an Esperto coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, and standard kitchen utensils.
Adjacent to the living area are a hallway, a shower room, and a double bedroom.
The ground floor is wheelchair-accessible.

A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor. The two bedrooms, each with a double bed, ensure a restful stay.
The ground floor also features another shower room and a sauna.

Tolles Haus in super Lage. Das Zentrum von SPO-Dorf ist in 5 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Sehr ruhig. Für Hundebesitzer ideal, dass das Grundstück komplett eingezäunt ist. Wir werden das Haus sicher wieder mieten.
