Relax in the living area (the fireplace is not for guest use) watching something on the smart TV using your own log-in credentials or lounge outside on the large wrap-around porch. The well-equipped kitchen has everything the group chef needs to prepare something as simple as a cup of coffee to entire meals everyone can appreciate at the dining table. Unwind afterward with a soothing soak in the hot tub or take it easy in the sauna. If you have more energy to burn, get a good workout in at the fitness room or go for a refreshing dip in the pool. When the evening festivities come to a close, all of the bedrooms promise a comfortable night's rest thanks to the plush bedding and TVs for private viewing. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony.
