BUILDING AND AREA DESCRIPTION:

The beautiful apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern apartment building in the Feniks estate in Kołobrzeg. The investment guarantees an enjoyable stay in a place that provides a balance between activity and relaxation. The Podczele district attracts visitors with its beautiful seaside landscape, romantic streets filled with the smell of fresh coffee, the vicinity of many parks and squares, bicycle infrastructure, and all this makes Kołobrzeg a gem and a must-see on the map of Northern Poland. There are many retail and service outlets in the area, and the nearest restaurant can be reached in two minutes! (100 m to the restaurant "Pizzeria Sorento", 200 m to the restaurant "Obiady Domowe"). The Feniks estate is characterized by many amenities, made available to our guests. The estate includes a playroom for children, a playground, a gym, two swimming pools, and a BBQ zone. The indoor pool is open all year round, while the outdoor pool is available to guests during the holiday season (July-August). Guests also have access to a green fenced garden.

After 8 p.m. addmission to the pool only for Guests over 16 years old. The pools (both indoor and outdoor) are open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. From 26.02.2024 to 10.03.2024, the pool complex will be closed due to a maintenance break.

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION:

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, making it an offer for people traveling as a couple or a group. The carefully designed space of the apartment offers a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a balcony and a bathroom with a shower. The interior of the apartment is bright and warm, large windows in the living room are a big advantage, which additionally enlarge the space and allow additional lighting of the apartment with natural light. The apartment has an exit to the balcony as an ideal place to relax in the fresh air. It is also easy to get to the garden, where a set of garden furniture has been prepared for guests. The equipment of the apartment, the availability of WiFi network and the necessary kitchen and bathroom accessories ensure an unforgettable stay in an excellent place.
