We thoroughly enjoyed the house and its location. The only issue we had was with the lack of response from the host with messages prior to our arrival. I ended up calling VRBO the day before we were to check in due to fearing that we would not have a place to stay upon arrival. She told the VRBO agent that she would give us the check in information an hour before our check in time. I've never had a host wait to communicate check in information an hour before your allowed arrival time. The host that we were booked with on the back end of this 10 day/3-state vacation, messaged a week before we were to arrive at the Cozy Corner letting us know about things to do in their town and that they would provide the access code 48 hours prior to arrival. That is what made me call VRBO when I never received a response and we were scheduled to arrive in less than 24 hours. In the end, it all worked out and the property was great. Just don't expect any correspondence until you arrive.
