108 - It's bath time

Welcome to Holiday Apartment No. 108.

Here, your holiday can start right away—just slip on a dressing gown and head to the sea—the beach is right at your feet! From the second floor, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea. Across the way are Timmendorfer Strand and Scharbeutz. The apartment is cosy and modernly furnished and equipped for 4 people. From the living and dining area, you can step out onto the southeast-facing balcony. The kitchen, fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, and oven, is integrated into the living and dining area. The first bedroom has a double bed (2x 80 cm x 200 cm), and the second has a bunk bed (each 80 cm x 200 cm). The modern bathroom is located inside the apartment and features a floor-to-ceiling shower. The beach is just a few steps away, with no streets to cross. There is a parking space in front of the house.

The holiday rental offers our guests free Wi-Fi during their stay.

Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or they can be rented for a fee for the duration of your stay.

A laundry room is located in the complex and can be used for a fee.

From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. As a rule, the balconies can still be used during the breeding season.


Complex:

The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is quietly located on the outskirts of town and right on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any streets—particularly convenient for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers excellent conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a slightly quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take leisurely walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.

A variety of recreational activities around the holiday park provide plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beachside restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighbouring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping, a petrol station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.

Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of the Bay of Lübeck offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.
