With approximately 40 m² of space, it accommodates up to 4 people and is the ideal lodging for families or couples who want to spend their holiday right by the beach.<br><br>The bright living and dining area invites you to relax with a cosy sofa set and direct access to the balcony. The balcony faces southeast and offers a limited view of the Baltic Sea over the buildings in front. The living area also features a sleeper sofa (sleeping surface approx. 140 x 200 cm), which can serve as an additional sleeping option if needed.<br><br>The open kitchen is functionally equipped and features amenities such as a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer compartment, so everything you need for self-catering is provided. The dining area is harmoniously integrated into the living room.<br><br>The separate bedroom is furnished with families in mind and features a bunk bed as well as an additional single bed. Blackout curtains ensure a comfortable night’s sleep.<br><br>The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink, and features a skylight for pleasant natural light and ventilation.<br><br>The fine-sand Baltic Sea beach is only about 100 metres away and easily accessible on foot. Restaurants are just about 300 metres away, and the train station is about one kilometre away. The holiday park offers numerous recreational activities for all ages and is an ideal starting point for excursions along Lübeck Bay.<br><br>A free parking space and Wi-Fi are available to you during your stay. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use for a fee.<br><br>From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. The balconies can generally still be used during the breeding season.<br><br>Bed linens and towels are not included in the price. You are welcome to rent them for a fee or bring your own. Pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking apartment—ideal for a relaxing Baltic Sea holiday in a location close to the beach.<br><br><br>Complex:<br><br> The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of town and directly on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any streets—particularly convenient for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers excellent conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a slightly quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.<br><br>Various recreational activities around the holiday park offer plenty of variety. Amenities in the area include beach restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The well-known Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighbouring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping, a petrol station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein. <br><br>Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of the Bay of Lübeck offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.<br><br>From approximately April through September, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies.
