Sleeping: Five spacious bedrooms give your group room to breathe — ideal for families, friend groups, or multi-family getaways. Beds and linens provided.

Kitchen: The showstopper. A huge, full-service kitchen with everything you need to cook big group meals — counter space, appliances, and cookware to handle any feast.

Bathrooms: Four full bathrooms keep morning routines running smoothly even with a full house.

Living spaces: Comfortable common areas to gather, relax, and unwind after a day exploring the canyon or hitting ATV trails.

Outdoors: The real magic is outside. A spacious deck with a recessed hot tub, a fire pit, and outdoor seating — perfect for stargazing under Helper's certified Dark Sky skies. The 2-acre lot gives you privacy and room to roam.

RVs and Toys: We have plenty of space for your desert toys to be parked, and also have a RV pad with sewer hookups (small additional fee). Please inquire beforehand so we can ensure your trailer will fit.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
We do ask that you leave all dirty towels in the black hamper in the laundry room.leave the dirty sheets & blankets in the bedrooms , we will strip the beds and wash all laundry after your departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Keep gate closed to back field closed as there are horses that roam back there.
