This cosy, well-furnished apartment features approximately 75 m² of living space and offers plenty of room for 4 people. A unique location right in the village with a warm, inviting atmosphere... that’s what “Glücksmomente” in SPO has to offer. The light-filled living room, complete with a TV, a sofa lounge, and a cosy dining area, offers every comfort. A cosy terrace invites you to soak up the sun. The kitchen, equipped with high-quality appliances, opens directly onto the living room. The shower room is spacious and offers plenty of storage for your belongings; there’s also a separate guest bathroom. One bedroom features a 180-sized double bed, and the other has two single beds, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Both bedrooms also include a TV.<br>The apartment is furnished with great attention to detail and is wonderfully bathed in natural light.<br>A parking space is available right next to the house.<br>A maximum of one pet is allowed in this beautiful apartment.

Schöne Wohnung, die Lage ist zentral, man ist mittendrin im Geschehen. Es war aber doch recht ruhig, da das benachbarte Restaurant aktuell geschlossen ist. Die Küchenausstattung ist gut, alles da was man braucht. Die Einfahrt zum Parkplatz ist schon sehr eng, je größer das Auto…desto schwieriger wird es. Wir würden wiederkommen!

Insbesondere die Küchenausstattung ist bis in's Detail sorgfältig zusammen gestellt. Es gibt keine unübersichtliche Küchenschublade. Alles ist an seinem Platz. Auch die Terrasse gestattet einen schönen Aufenthalt mit allen Sitz- bzw. Liegemöbeln. Ein bisschen nachteilig ist die Nähe der "Bereitstellungsräume" vom Kiek in, aber das beschränkt sich ja auf die Tageszeit. Aber schöner wäre die Aussicht auf die benachbarte Obstbaumwiese zur anderen Seite.

Apartment im Zentrum von Dorf. Mitten im Leben, ob Dorffest oder Weihnachtsmarkt, ist alles in wenigen Schritten zu erreichen. Der Bäcker ist direkt um die Ecke und kaum weiter entfernt als der Eisautomat. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, geräumig und gut gepflegt. Auch nach dem zweiten Besuch waren wir sehr zufrieden. Die Einfahrt zum Parkplatz hinter dem Haus ist nichts für große Fahrzeuge oder einen großen Wendekreis.

Gute Raumaufteilung und optimale Größe für 4 Personen. Gute Ausstattung. Tolle Lage mitten im Dorf. Wer es allerdings "ruhig" haben möchte, für den ist die Wohnung eher nicht empfehlen, da das Schlafzimmer direkt an ein Restaurant grenzt, in dem es bis 1 Uhr nachts schon mal gerne hoch her geht.
