Die Lage des Penthouses ist sehr Strandnah und durch den gerade mal 100m entfernten EDEKA sowie nahegelegenen Ortskern SPO Bad sehr gut versorgt. Da ist Urlaub problemlos auch ohne Auto sehr gut machbar. Es ist ruhig und man genießt in der Wohnung eine angenehme Aussicht. Die Einrichtung ist stimmig (bis auf die Deckenlampe im Wohnzimmerbereich - das geht auf jeden Fall besser) und erfüllt alle Wünsche. Im Bad am Spiegel und in der Küchenzeile könnte etwas mehr Licht hilfreich sein. Die Betten sind prima und das Schrankangebot ebenso. Sehr gut ist auch der Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Für uns war es auch bzgl. Treppe okay, einen Fahrstuhl gibt es nicht. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder, denn wie allseits bekannt: Meer geht immer. Und wenn man dann auch noch so eine Wohlfühl-Wohnung hat, ist es perfekt. Danke ans Golde-Team.

Die Wohnung liegt günstig zum Ortsteil St. Peter Bad, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine Tankstelle sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Strand in Ording ist gut mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar.
