This luxurious half of a thatched-roof house features approximately 85 m² of living space and accommodates up to 5 people, with an approximately 900 m² garden featuring a dune and an outdoor sauna with a garden shower.<br>On the ground floor is the light-filled living room with a TV, Apple TV, a small stereo system with an iPhone docking station, a wood-burning stove, an open kitchen, and a stylish, bright dining area with a view of the dune. The living areas are furnished with exclusive pieces. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances and leaves nothing to be desired, from a Nespresso machine to a waffle iron to a salad spinner. Adjacent to the living area are a hallway with a built-in coat closet, an utility room with a washing machine and dryer, and a bathroom with a shower. The entire ground floor features high-quality whitewashed oak parquet flooring, which can be heated via underfloor heating.<br>A beautiful white wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, which is also finished with parquet flooring. Here you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), and a TV. There is also a cosy nook on the upper floor with a single bed (90 x 200 cm) for relaxing or playing. All bedrooms are equipped with blackout blinds and mattresses that have been thoroughly tested to ensure a comfortable, restful sleep. Closets provide ample storage space. There is also another spacious bathroom with a shower on the upper floor. We’ve also got you covered for our little guests: there are toys, a travel cot, a high chair, children’s night lights, a children’s stool in the bathroom, and a children’s toilet seat.<br>This beautiful house leaves nothing to be desired and will put you in a holiday mood right away!<br>The property features a parking space, a large lawn, and a sheltered, sunny terrace (southwest-facing), landscaped with native plants and a dune. From a beach chair, you can enjoy the view across the vast meadows, the forest, or the dune.<br>A garden sauna with a view of the dune provides additional relaxation. A storage room with an electrical socket can be used for bicycles.<br>All you have to do is open the front door, and you’re surrounded by nature with an endless view across the meadows.
