The Silbermöwe holiday rental was extensively renovated and restored in 2012. You’ll enjoy many pleasant hours in the spacious living-dining room, thanks in part to the hardwood floors and white wooden ceiling. <br>The 80-square-meter holiday rental on the ground floor also features two bedrooms (one with a 140-centimeter-wide bed and one with a 160-centimeter-wide bed), an en-suite bathroom, a separate guest bathroom, and a kitchen. In the living area, you’ll find a 3D Smart TV and a stereo system with a smartphone docking station. This beautiful holiday rental is complemented by a garden area located across from the entrance, which is available exclusively for your use. Of course, it comes with patio furniture. On the shared property, you’ll also find a lawn for sunbathing, a small children’s playground, bike racks, and a parking space assigned to the apartment.

Vielen Dank für die tolle Betreuung, wir wurden auf der Fähre angerufen, ob alles geklappt hat und durften gleich in die Wohnung. Außerdem wollten wir uns nochmal bedanken für das Geschenk unseres Sohnes, der in unserem Urlaub auf Föhr Geburtstag hatte. Auch über die Getränke, die Schokolade und die Ausstechformen haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Vielen Dank, wir werden Sie weiter empfehlen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen H. Müller

Die Bilder auf der Internetseite waren vielversprechend. Leider entsprach die Ferienwohnung nicht unseren Erwartungen. Für den Preis haben wir mehr erwartet. Beim Schlüssel abholen sagte Mitarbeiterin X zu Mitarbeiterin Y: "sollen wir das mit dem Schloss erwähnen?" Man sagte uns, dass die Haustür nicht abschließbar sei. Tatsächlich konnte man die Haustür nicht abschließen. Oben gab es eine einfache Zimmertür mit Schlüssel. Mit der Haustürsituation war uns unwohl (Sicherheitsrisiko) und wir kontaktierten die Vermittlungsagentur. Auf unser Unwohlsein hat die Vermittlungsagentur nur lapidar reagiert mit dem Hinweis, dass "auf der Insel nichts passiert" - was wir als wenig professionell und nicht hilfreich empfanden. Des Weiteren waren sehr viele Spinnen und alte Spinnweben in den Ecken. Ein Fenster war verzogen, so dass man es nicht richtig schließen konnte. Der Kühlschrank war rostig. Das zweite Bad wenig komfortabel. Positiv war die ruhige Lage und dass wir länger als 10 Uhr am Abreisetag in der Wohnung bleiben konnten.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt zu viert als Familie genossen. Der Ort ist vom Zentrum kurzweilig mit dem Fahrzeug erreichbar. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und man bekommt eigentlich alles brauchbare dort zur Verfügung gestellt. Wenn etwas fehlt, wird es sehr schnell von der Agentur bereit gestellt. Die Kommunikation ist wirklich sehr lobenswert. Den einzigen Mangel, den wir anmerken wollen, ist der etwas in die Jahre gekommene Außenspielbereich für Kinder. Die Wippe war in der Mitte gebrochen und nicht mehr benutztbar. Die Spielgeräte sisn teilweise verrostet. Hier könnte nochmal etwas Pflege investiert werden.
