With five bedrooms—four upstairs and one in the finished basement—there’s space for everyone to spread out comfortably. Three of the bedrooms include TVs for private downtime, while the basement bedroom doubles as a playful escape, complete with ping pong and an air hockey table—perfect for late-night laughter and relaxed competition.
The main living area is the emotional center of the home. Anchored by a wood stove and intentionally designed as a screen-free space, it becomes a place for connection—morning coffee with a book, long conversations that stretch into the evening, board games spread across the table, and the quiet joy of being fully present. Just beyond, the TV room offers a different kind of comfort, with a propane fireplace casting a soft glow—ideal for cozy movie nights when you’re ready to unwind.
Next to the TV room, a thoughtfully designed children’s playroom creates a beautiful balance for families. Enclosed with glass French doors, it allows kids to have their own space to play and explore, while still being fully visible—so you can relax nearby, knowing they’re safe and happy, without the noise carrying through the house.
One of the most loved spaces is the fully enclosed sunroom/mudroom. Completely protected from bugs, it offers a peaceful little sanctuary within the home. A small table for two sits by the windows—perfect for slow mornings with coffee as the light pours in, or quiet evenings with a drink as the sky begins to shift. It’s one of those spaces that feels like a secret you’ll want to keep to yourself.
Step outside, and the beauty of the property unfolds in every direction. The backyard opens into a wide, open expanse where the light is everything—soft and golden in the morning, rich and dramatic at sunset.
