Nestled in the heart of the desert at the gated Indian Palms CC Gated Community, we are within walking distance to COACHELLA/STAGECOACH!
Our charming property offers a fully stocked kitchen, equipped with all the essentials to make you feel right at home. The property features:
*One bedroom with a cozy queen size bed.
*The primary bedroom has an additional queen size bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a private patio, ideal for enjoying a quiet morning coffee.
*The separate DEN has a full size bed.
The living area features a spacious, comfortable couches and recliners, ideal for enjoying our 60-inch TV, watching movies, or playing a variety of board games. Adjacent to the living area, the dining room comfortably seats six people and offers stunning views of the golf course and serene desert mountains.
Step outside to our OVERSIZED patio, equipped with outdoor seating and a stainless steel BBQ.
We welcome up to 2 pets with a $100.00 non-refundable fee per pet, per stay.
