Completely restored and renovated, this 1889 antique Victorian mansion can be the dream destination for you and your loved ones. Wander into town to discover local eateries (just steps from Red's Eats, Maine's best lobster roll!), boutique shops, antiquing, arts, entertainment, and an array of family-friendly attractions. The historic town of Wiscasset is fondly known as the 'prettiest village in Maine,' and walking around and taking pictures is a dream come true for history buffs - be sure to explore the 'Museum in the Streets' walking tour.

Inside you'll find a bright interior filled with natural light and new kitchen appliances, as well as a warm feeling of welcome throughout the space. Enjoy spacious rooms, delightful architecture, and a sprinkle of history among the modern upgrades. Nice summer rental for a large family

Beautiful Place to Visit

We have spent the last 14 years coming to the Boothbay Harbor area in the fall, and we especially love Ocean Point. This home was very clean, comfortable and a lovely place to stay for this year's visit. We enjoyed the vast collection of books and the updated amenities this house provided. The owners were very accomodating and we would stay there again.

The views from the front porch are amazing! Unfortunately the furniture throughout the house is old and uncomfortable. Cleanliness was not good, dirty dishes in cabinet, mouse droppings in kitchen and bedrooms, kitchen counter sticky upon arrive. Listed Information on how to connect to Wi-Fi was incorrect.

Wedding Week

The house is very spacious with room to have some personal space. It's a quiet area with a good view of the Ocean. We rented it probably the first week of the season. Thus there was a few maintenance issues that were quickly addressed. It's a great walkable community with the playset tennis courts, pickleball courts and the Ocean Point Inn for meals

Spacious cottage with gorgeous views

We were so happy with this cottage. All of the bedrooms were very comfortable! The front sun porch was lovely. There is a large living room in the back of the cottage that is fantastic for a large group too! We already love Ocean Point dearly and assure you that this cottage will help you have a wonderful Ocean Point experience.

A great week in Ocean Point

We had a lovely time at this cozy cottage. Between walks along the rocky shoreline, the adults spent many hours just sitting on the porch and taking in the view. The kids loved the playground and ball field nearby. A special treat was the return of the Ocean Point General Store just down the street. Fantastic lobster rolls made to order and ice cream were a quick walk away.

Fully stocked cottage with updated features. Understanding and responsive owners promptly answered the few questions we had concerning the stay. Only downside was that it rained and was foggy on several days...guess we can forgive them that (G)!

Beautiful location, good neighborhood, charming house

We really appreciated the view, the amenities and size of the home. We had two families there and this house is laid out well for that. It's clear the owners are in a constant state of updating it, but for us it was just enough charm and was completely up to par for what we needed. We had kids so it felt good to be in a home that was ready for basically any type of guest! Thanks for a great stay.
