Beautiful vacation apartment "Bella" in the forester's lodge

This cosy and comfortably furnished holiday rental is located right next to the forest in Kröslin, surrounded by beautiful nature. <br>The landlord lives on the property with his children and dog in the former forester’s house. <br><br>A staircase leading from the separate entrance takes you up to the spacious 3-room holiday rental. The holiday rental features a living room with a sleeper sofa and a dining area, 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. <br>All rooms are clean, furnished, and heated. <br><br>The apartment is well-suited for 4 people (max. 5 people upon request). <br><br>For up to 4 people, bed linens and towels are provided once and are included in the price. Additional towels can be provided upon request for a fee.<br>The holiday rental features a beautiful terrace where you can relax or enjoy a barbecue.<br>Free Wi-Fi is available to all guests.<br>There is a carport in the secure, fenced-in, and monitored yard. Directly adjacent to the house is a forest trail that’s perfect for bike rides. <br>In addition, the large yard offers a variety of play options for children (trampoline, sandpit, treehouse, and communal pool—summer only). During the colder months, a sauna barrel in the yard can be booked on request for an additional fee (€60 per day, subject to availability).<br><br>Pets are not allowed.<br><br>The host provides guests with a small welcome gift.<br><br>Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM.<br>Check-out is due by 11:00 AM.<br><br>The centre of Kröslin is approximately 800 metres away. There you’ll find a bakery and a marina (for recreational and sailing boats) open to the public, featuring shopping, restaurants, and more. In the summer, various events with live music take place there.<br>From here, a ferry runs regularly to Peenemünde (on the island of Usedom).<br>The quickest route to a seaside resort leads to Lubmin (10 minutes by car) and is traffic-free!<br><br>The neighbouring town of Freest (3 km) has a beautiful sandy beach and an idyllic fishing harbour, where you can buy fish straight from the boat or enjoy a variety of dining options. The beach in Freest is especially popular with children because it slopes gently and there are no waves.<br><br>The nearest town is Wolgast. It offers, among other things, a beautiful old town, shopping, restaurants, a historic harbour, the drawbridge to the island of Usedom, and supermarkets.
