The Carriage House is a comfortable two-level home designed for small groups and families, with space to sleep up to 7 guests.

On the first floor, you’ll find the main living area, dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for gathering, cooking, and relaxing. This level also includes a bedroom with a queen bed and an additional twin bed for flexible sleeping arrangements.

Upstairs, there are two more sleeping areas, including a spacious primary bedroom with a queen bed and an additional bedroom with a double bed. Both full bathrooms are located on the second floor.

Outside, guests can enjoy a beautifully landscaped lawn with a walking path, garden space, and a BBQ area, ideal for unwinding in a peaceful, natural setting. The property also offers easy, ample parking and convenient smart lock entry for a seamless arrival.

You'll want a car to get around Oneonta. There are grocery stores, restaurants, bars, gas stations, outdoor activities and much more all within a couple of miles.
