Our home is perfect for hosting military families for graduations or the ideal stepping stone, location for wedding parties to walk to the venue at Bibb City Mill.

-Private covered parking for two, plus additional space for another vehicle .
-Comfortable and stylish living room to hang out in and watch TV on a 55 inch flat screen Smart TV (an additional TV is in the master bedroom!).
-We provide coffee, creamer, sugar, and water bottles to get you started.
-We provide add-on optional concierge services by request. Please let us know how we can make your stay perfect!

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire home (minus a cleaning utility closet).

Other things to note
Columbus is a thriving metropolitan city with incredible character and personality. Please be thoughtful of your safety when traveling! As you would with any city, don't forget to take any valuables out of your car and keep your car and the home locked.

Please note that our property is an amazing 104 year old home that has been renovated, however, sometimes appliances or household systems (HVAC, plumbing, etc.) may unexpectedly malfunction. While we will do everything in our power to address any functionality issues between guests, if an issue should arise during your stay, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

For those unfamiliar with booking short term rentals, please note our process of serving our guests:
-You tell us a little about your trip, request to stay, and we say YES!!! :)
-We'll immediately send you some basic information about your stay.
-The day before and 1 hour prior to your arrival, we will message you directly with more important details and custom code to access the property.
-You arrive and love everything!
-You enjoy your stay, reference your virtual guest book for checkout instructions (don't worry-- we'll send them to you, too!) and leave the house as close to how you found it as possible.

Additional rules
We are so excited to have you! A great deal of passion went into setting up the Bibb City Bungalow so that it would be beautiful to experience for ALL. We assume all of our guests will be respectful and excellent, but we still want to make sure you understand our rules and expectations so we're all on the same page. Please help us preserve our house for your and others' future stays by accepting these rules before you book:

-There is NO smoking allowed inside the property. If smoking outdoors, please keep doors and windows closed so the smell does not enter the house.
- Absolutely NO pets whatsoever allowed ON or IN the property. We want to make our property comfortable for all - including those with pet allergies.
-Absolutely NO parties. We're ok with small celebrations with the allotted amount of guests allowed/booked for. Please be sure to notify us when booking if that is your intent.
-Decorations: Absolutely NO GLITTER and NO CONFETTI please! Glitter and confetti is not our friend. We will have no part of it. Any decorations you put up must all be taken down including any tape residue. Any tape residue or damage found on walls caused by decorations may result in being charged for repair.
-Please follow easy/common check-out instructions we send to you. If you follow those, you’ll be in perfect shape.
-Please communicate with us about anything that has been broken during your stay. Any excessive mess or damaged items MAY result in additional charges.
-We live in residential neighborhoods, and it's SUPER important to us that you're respectful of our neighbors. Therefore, we ask guests to please observe outdoor quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am.
