One bedroom apartment of 30sq m for 2 people, on the first floor. It shares the large common terrace with few other apartments. It has a double bedroom (with a comfortable 160x190 cm bed) and a gorgeous view over the coastline and sea, a kitchen (oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, American coffee machine). A bathroom with shower. Pets allowed.
Facilities: Wi-Fi, hair dryer, safe, Sat-Tv. Air conditioning.

This beautiful renovated country house is located at about 150 meters above sea level and enjoys a breathtaking view over the Versilia coast.

At guests' disposal a swimming pool (12x4 m, open from May to October), in a position with a panoramic view of the coast, terrace area, barbecue area, wine and olive oil tasting, a washing machine, Internet Wi-Fi connection, parking and E-CAR Charging Station.
During the high season, the owner prepares a pizza in the oven for all guests, served on the pool terrace.

It is 2.5 km from the town of Massa (numerous shops and restaurants) and only 7 km from the beaches of Marina di Massa.
The holiday complex, equipped with every comfort, is ideal for families as well as for couples, thanks to its beautiful panoramic location and surrounded by olive trees, lemon trees and bougainvilleas.

The apartments, of various sizes, offer customers total privacy and a breathtaking view of the surroundings, from the magnificent panorama of Versilia, the castle of Malaspina to Portovenere.
At just 1.5 km is San Carlo Terme (spa center), where people from the area have always been drinking the mineral waters of the natural spring.

Thanks to its perfect and beautiful location, this house is ideal for all guests who want to relax, far but not too much from the hustle and bustle of everyday life on the Versilia coast. Easy access to Pisa, Lucca, Florence, and Cinque Terre. There are many trekking routes to the Apuan Alps nearby.

Struttura meravigliosa, vista mare e tramonto con una bella piscina.Appartamento accogliente, pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili per qualsiasi problema. Accoglienza ottima, propongono anche una volta a settimana una pizzata con tutti gli inquilini, pizza fatta a vista nel loro forno, dolce e il buonissimo limoncello homemade tutto offerto.Consiglio questa struttura a tutti!

Auf dem Berg mit Blick über Massa zum Mittelmeer. Super nette Besitzer und alles so, wie beschrieben bzw. wie die Fotos. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und waren begeistert. Kleiner Hinweis: am Berg heißt auch div. Stufen. Es gibt aber eine kleine Gondel und die ist der Hammer
