New modern tiny house in Sonnenbühl - alb space 1

Welcome to our alb space.<br><br>Since 2021, we’ve been renting out two stacked tiny houses—so-called “Flying Spaces” from Schwörer Haus.<br><br>We’re giving you the AlbCard!<br> “Alb Inclusive Holiday”: Bus, train, and experiences—all free!<br>As AlbCard hosts, we’ll give you the AlbCard starting on your first night of your holiday. With this card, guests can enjoy free access to over 150 different attractions and sights every day, as well as use of public transport in the Swabian Alb and the surrounding area.<br><br>The two 4-star-rated holiday apartments are located in the beautiful Swabian Alb in Willmandingen, a area of Sonnenbühl in the Reutlingen district. <br>You’ll stay in a quiet yet central location right in the heart of town. Our place is the ideal starting point for your adventures. Whether you’re a nature lover looking to embark on one of the many hiking and biking trails in the Swabian Alb Biosphere Reserve or want to explore one of the numerous other attractions, Sonnenbühl and its surroundings have something for everyone: Traumland Bärenhöhle children’s amusement park, Lichtenstein Castle, Bärenhöhle and Nebelhöhle caves, Lindenhof Theatre, golf course, Hohenzollern Castle, Outletcity Metzingen, and cities like Tübingen and Reutlingen, to name just a few.<br><br>Holiday Rental alb space 1: This ground-floor apartment is just under 50 m² and accommodates 4 people. It features one bedroom with a double bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m) and another bedroom with two single beds (each 1.00 m x 2.00 m).<br><br>Holiday Rental alb space 2: This apartment is accessible via a steel staircase, measures just under 40 m², and accommodates 2 people. It features one bedroom with a double bed measuring 1.40 m x 2.00 m.<br><br>Both of our apartments are fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday (freshly made beds, towels, cleaning supplies, hair dryer, coffee, tea).<br>Both apartments feature a terrace or balcony with seating, a lounge chair, and a grill. <br>There are plenty of parking spaces available right next to the property, and an electric vehicle charging station is also available for a fee. <br>You can use the lockable storage room for your bicycles, hiking gear, strollers, and more.<br><br>Each apartment is equipped with a washing machine and dryer; an iron and ironing board are also provided.<br>There is also a minibar with chilled drinks available for a fee.<br>Upon request, we’ll be happy to provide a cot or high chair.<br><br>Check-in from 4:00 p.m.<br>Check-out by 10:00 a.m.<br><br>We look forward to your reservation, whether you’re travelling as a family, on business, or as a technician.<br><br>For reservations made directly through our website, children under 13 stay free of charge.
