Arrival: Secured self check-in. Access codes are uniquely generated and changed between each reservation.

Parking: The property features a large driveway accommodating 10 to 12 vehicles, plus two separate garages (a 3-car and a 2-car) equipped with a total of three Tesla EV chargers. STRICT POLICY: Absolutely no street parking is permitted; violators will be towed.

Security: The property is located within a community where gates close overnight. For your safety, the exterior is monitored by a hardwired DVR camera system, a Minut decibel monitor, and the home is equipped with comprehensive smoke and CO2 detectors.

Pets: Up to two pets are welcome. Additional cleaning fees may apply.
