Sehr schön und sehr sauber!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen in der Casa di Napolitano. Super nette Gastgeber und eine liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung im 2. OG mit allem was man braucht.

Sehr schöne FeWo in guter Lage in Markelfingen

Schöne, helle und gut ausgestattete FeWo in Markelfingen; gute Lage zum See, Strandbad, Biergarten und Bahnhof (7 Min. zu Fuß). Man ist mit Zug schnell in Radolfzell oder Konstanz. Die Wohnung ist im 2 1/2 OG, aber dies ist kein Problem. Ruhige Lage, Parkplatz vorhanden. Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Markelfingen Haus Napolitano 4

Sehr nette Gastgeber. Alles entspricht wie beschrieben. Sehr sauber. Von Markelfingen kann man gut mit der S-Bahn andere Orte erreichen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Alles super! Der Vermieter wohnt im Haus und trug uns die Koffer hoch. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, groß, super eingerichtet, bequeme Betten, auch die Couch für abends zum Sitzen ist sehr bequem und kein Billigschrott. Alles sehr gepflegt. Schöner großer Balkon, super Bad mit hübschenr Eckbadewannne und die Küche voll ausgestattet vom Eierkocher über Klickdosen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Als Ferienwohnung nicht geeignet

Die Wohnung ist als Ferienwohnung nicht geeignet. Feriengäste brauchen nicht Unmengen an Dekoartikel, sondern würden sich mal über einen Salzstreuer und einen Kaffeefilter für den ersten Morgen freuen. Oberflächlich war es sauber, aber in den Küchenschränken wäre ein Grundreinigung mal angebracht. Die Wohnung befindet sich in Dachgeschoß, ist schlecht isoliert und daher im Sommer sehr heiß. Während unserer Zeit wurden auch noch Reparaturen an der Fassade vorgenommen, das trotz gegenteiliger Zusicherung. Für unser E-Bikes gab es leider keine sichere Unterstellmöglichkeit. Die Wohnung ist in einem normalen Wohnhaus, deshalb gibt es wohl keine solcher auf Feriengäste ausgerichteten Angebote. Es gab auch keinen direkt zugewiesenen Parkplatz, wir mussten dann auf die Straße ausweichen. An sich kein Problem, wenn man nicht damit wirbt. Die Gastleute müssen sicher noch einiges lernen, wenn sie weiterhin vermieten möchten. Bei der Rückgabe der Schlüssel gab es nicht einmal die Frage, ob es uns gefallen hat, wir hätten uns diese Bewertung gerne gespart. Wir würden die Wohnung nicht mehr mieten. Sie hat ja auch ihren Preis ....

Aufenthalt 2 Wochen im September

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, die Wohnung war sehr sauber, hell und mit allem eingerichtet, was man sich wünscht, hier hat man sich wirklich Gedanken gemacht. Es war angenehm ruhig. Auch gab es einen tollen großen Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheit, Tisch und Sonnenschirm. Ein Stern ziehen wir allerdings ab, da die Wohnung zwar im Dachgeschoss angegeben wurde, aber nicht, dass sie in der 2. Etage (wichtig für Menschen, die Probleme mit Treppensteigen haben) in einem 6 Parteien Mietshaus war. Zudem konnten wir unsere EBikes nicht ebenerdig einschließen und mussten diese über eine Außentreppe in den Keller herunter und hochschieben. Die Wohnung liegt günstig für viele Radtouren, da nah am Radrundweg vom Bodensee. Es war insgesamt ein erholsamer, schöner Urlaub.
