The Space:

Inside this spacious two-story home, comfort and coastal charm come together across two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The main living room offers a welcoming space with a sofa, smart TV, and board games for easy evenings in. Just beyond, the expandable dining table for six creates a great gathering spot for meals or planning the next day’s beach adventures. The kitchen features dark stone counters and stainless steel appliances, flowing naturally into the home’s standout feature—an oversized upstairs patio. Step outside to enjoy ample seating and fresh coastal air, making it the perfect place to sip morning coffee or unwind after a day in the sun.



This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a full size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, patio access, and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a pedestal sink and a walk-in shower, shared with bedroom #2.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, patio access, and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom shared with bedroom #1.



This home also includes a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

· Washer and dryer in home.

· Street parking for 1 vehicle available, pass required.

· The parking pass with be inside of the unit for guests to put inside of their window dashboard. Parking pass needs to be placed on kitchen countertop at departure. A $500.00 city replacement fee will be charged for any lost or unreturned parking passes.

· Additional street parking may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

· This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 2 dogs may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $45 per pet that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.

· This home is equipped with one (1) external Ring security camera, located on the front door gate and monitoring the exterior front door entry area.

· Long-term stays allowed.
