Urlaub beginnt an der Rezeption. Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundliche und kompetent. Unser Haus Eichenhain ist ein modernes Haus mit Fahrstuhl. Die Wohnung war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Bad ist ein Träumchen, der Ausblick unbezahlbar. Die Promenade ist bis auf den Schandfleck Dünenweg Ecken Standallee sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Gaststätten und Restaurants laden zum shoppen und verweilen ein. Wir kommen nächste Jahr wieder.

Wir haben uns rundherum sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Zugang zum Haus ist gesichert, so daß Fremde nicht ins Haus gelangen. Die Sauberkeit entlang der gesamten Promenade von Pelzerhaken nach Rettin und Neustadt hat uns sehr gefallen, ebenso die Freundlichkeit des Personals in Gastronomie und Einzelhandel. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
