This 47 m² holiday apartment is ideal for a family vacation or a relaxing getaway for two. Located on the ground floor, it features a large terrace with garden furniture, perfect for relaxing.
In addition to a separate bedroom, the living area offers a comfortable fold-out bed. The well-equipped kitchenette includes an oven, ceramic hob, kettle and coffee machine – ideal for preparing your own meals.
An underground parking space is available for your car, and additional parking is located directly in front of the building.
A shared washing machine is also available in the building.
Dogs are welcome.
The beach is just a 5-minute walk away – including a nearby dog beach.
The complex also includes a communal garden for guests to use and a bicycle storage room.

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub in einer schönen, hundefreundlichen Umgebung verbracht. Die Buchungsabwicklung war reibungslos und schnell. Die Wohnung selbst sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man gebraucht hat. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, danke nochmals!
