This is a fully private, detached ADU with its own dedicated entrance on East Hazel Ave — completely separate from the main house.
A few helpful notes for your stay:
• Stairs lead from the entry to the spacious upper-level living room, kitchen, and two bedrooms.
• One bedroom features fun house-shaped bunk beds (perfect for kids or families).
• Full-size LG washer and dryer are located right inside the master bedroom for ultimate convenience.
• The lower level offers a flexible apartment-style suite with a sofa bed, kitchenette, TV, and its own private full bathroom — great for extra privacy or guests.
• Quiet, peaceful residential neighborhood — please keep noise to a respectful level after 10:00 PM.
• Self check-in with smart lock (detailed instructions and code sent the day before arrival).
• High-speed WiFi, smart TV with streaming, central heating and air conditioning, and starter supplies of coffee, toiletries, paper goods, and trash bags provided.

The property was very convenient to many great restaurants and coffee shops, as well as being close to the highway for easy access to other parts of town. The common areas and balcony were very comfortable and the bathrooms were nicely updated

Everything is nice. My only issue with the property is it is listed under the incorrect address and that was extremely embarrassing figuring out which property we were supposed to go to. However once we figured that out it was smooth sailing. The stove and oven are induction which is very nice and one of the best types of heating for cooking in my opinion. The bathrooms were both very nice while the bottom was more accessible with an area to sit down. The toilets are very new and have a lot of features such as bidet and dryer they also flush automatically when you get on, off, or if you close the lid as well as a manual flush button on the side. The only issue we found was a small water leak in the AC and there was a bug in the bottom shower and a small hole in the grout on the top, probably how the bug was in the shower. The master bedroom is nice and the laundry machines are fast and quiet with lots of options. The sink upstairs is large and easy to use. Trash bags, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher pods, a swiffer, broom/dustpan, and a vacuum are all supplied as well as a grill if you like to grill, however nothing to really clean the grill with like a brush and spatula. Silverware, plates and all of that is supplied with salt and pepper otherwise food and drink is on you. Overall me and my fiancée had a great stay and would definitely come back.
