Boasting a beautiful view of the mountains, the charming holiday apartment Gîte de l'Eléphant is located in Murs-et-Gélignieux.

Alles wat je nodig hebt voor een onbezorgde vakantie
Pros: Prachtige idyllische lokatie. De vriendelijke gastheer en -vrouw geven je veel privacy. Alles netjes en schoon en alles was aanwezig. Genoeg te doen in de omgeving. Zeker een aanrader.

Super séjour
Un endroit très reposant, avec tous les esuipements necessaires. Nous ne sommes restés que 2 nuits mais nous avons eu le temps profiter maximum. Le Jacuzzi est vraiment à la hauteur. L"hote est trés convivial. Merci fncore pour cette pause.

Prima accomodatie als uitvalsbasis voor dagtripjes.
Pros: De accomodatie was compleet. Alles wat je nodig hebt is er. Wat erg fijn was, is het feit dat we echt afgesloten zaten van andere gasten: eigen terras, met zithoek en eettafel. Heel erg lekker.
Verder waren de bedden ok, badkamer was prime. Gewoon een goede accomodatie. Je leeft ook echt op het land, dat gevoel krijg je. Er lopen paarden langs je terras, je zit in een heel erg rustig gebied, terwijl op 20min rijden diverse meertjes, watervallen, etc. zijn. Dus je hoeft je niet te vervelen.
Cons: Drie dingen:
- de trap naar boven kraakt enorm. Als je met kinderen bent, is het bijna niet te doen om naar boven/beneden te lopen 's avonds.
- het is erg warm in het huisje. Alles tegen elkaar openzetten 's avonds helpt niet echt. Er stond wel een draagbare airco op de grote slaapkamer, maar die had veel te weinig vermogen om de slaapkamer echt te koelen. En maakte daarnaast echt heel, heel veel lawaai. Ik heb er niet minder door geslapen overigens :-)
- er is staat een grote spa. In de zomer een beetje overbodig, want om met 35 graden in water te gaan zitten van 36 graden helpt niet veel. Maar goed, ieder zijn ding. We hebben er 1 keer in gezeten, omdat de kinderen het graag wilden, achter, de spa was niet schoon: de randen waren wat bruinig, en zodra je de jets aanzet, kwam er een vieze bruine laag schuim op het water. Ik heb thuis een spa gehad: dit komt omdat het geheel gewoon niet schoon is, en da's niet echt hygienisch. Ik zou de spa helemaal links laten liggen....
