About this property

Premium apartment with sauna & balcony

On 65 m² the exclusive vacation apartment offers space for 4 to 6 people. The modern apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom with rain shower (en suite, hairdryer available) and a separate toilet. You sleep in comfortable double beds, both bedrooms are equipped with a flat screen TV. In the cozy living-dining area, the sofa bed can accommodate 2 people, there is also a flat-screen TV here.



The stylish kitchenette is fully equipped, with cutlery and (cooking) utensils, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer and dishwasher. Also included in the equipment are a toaster, kettle and a coffee maker. For your arrival, a small ALPS RESORTS starter set consisting of dishwashing tab, dishwashing detergent (sample), sponge, garbage bag, cleaning cloth and tea towel is ready.



The special feature of the premium apartment is the Finnish sauna on the balcony, from where you can enjoy the view of the High Dachstein.

WLAN is available for you free of charge.

Excellent very comfortable apartment close to ski lift and supermarket

Excellent beds, shower, sauna, internet, general luxury look and comfort of the apartment. Parking. Possibility of buying ski passes at check-in. Washing machine. Check-in closer to the location or at the location. Extractor hood in the kitchen. Drying machine for clothes. There was a group that rented several apartments, so there was quite a bit of noise in the hallways and in the evenings.

Ho apprezzato molto la quiete del luogo e la buona fattura dell'arredamento. La sauna privata in terrazza è un plus notevole I piatti in ceramica non sono della dimensione comoda per essere messi in lavastoviglie. Ho trovato un panno in una armadio utilizzato dai precedenti proprietari e 3/4 chiavi lasciate dai precedenti proprietari

Unterkunft super, Service Erreichbarkeit schlecht

Die Lage und die Ausstattung waren sehr schön. Sehr gut war vor allem der persönlich abschließbare Skikeller. Die Rezeption war sehr schlecht erreichbar und es kam so wohl beim Check In als auch beim Check Out zu Problemen. So wurden zum Beispiel die Schlüsselkarten beim Check Out zu früh gesperrt.

Großzügig und modern ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

Helles Wohnzimmer, kleine gemütliche Sauna am Balkon Nespresso Kaffeemaschine wäre besser als die vorhandene Tchibo-Maschine. Wir hatten nur Nespressokapseln mit und waren daher am ersten Urlaubstag (Feiertag) "kaffeelos". Von der Rezeption wurde uns keine Nespressomaschine zur Verfügung gestellt. In der Beschreibung des Quartiers sollte zumindest auf die Ausstattung mit Tchibo-Kaffeemaschine verwiesen werden.
