Une villa idéale pour des vacances réussies entre amis

Pros: Nous avons séjourné dans cette villa pendant 3 semaines en août 2018. Nous étions 3 familles avec des enfants. La villa est parfaite ; la climatisation dans les chambres est très appréciable ; la piscine sécurisée est super. Un point d'attention : une des chambres (4 places) est au sous-sol et un peu humide. Par ailleurs, la cuisine mériterait d'être modernisée. Le propriétaire est sympathique, disponible et très réactif ; petit plus il parle très bien français. La plage à proximité de la maison n'est pas géniale, il est préférable de faire les 5kms jusqu'à celle de Cap Roig qui est familiale et magnifique. L'Ampolla est une charmante station balnéaire à taille humaine fréquentée par les familles. On y trouve tout ce dont on en a besoin. La ville compte quelques bons restaurants. Si nous devions revenir à l'Ampolla, nous choisirions cette villa sans hésiter.

Good family holiday house

Pros: Good house for our large three generation family group. Safety features for small children. The weather wasn’t great for a few days but we found things to do. Walkable into town and to a beach but car useful. Helpful and friendly owner. Thanks Amador

Merveilleux séjour

Pros: La villa est propre, fonctionnelle et agréable à vivre. Les chambres sont climatisés. La piscine sécurisée est un réel plus durant ce séjour. Les conseils de Amador sont les bienvenus et apportent que de bonnes surprises (restaurants, visites, rencontres avec les locaux...). Je n'ai jamais vu un propriétaire aussi attentionné et disponible que Amador. Un grand merci. La région méconnue est à découvrir sans plus tarder, notamment la réserve naturelle dans le delta.

Superbe villa

Pros: Responsable de séjour adapté auprès de personnes en situation d'handicap mental, nous proposons un séjour pour découvrir la culture espagnole et 2 jours dans le parc d'attraction Port Aventura. Cela fait deux années consécutives que nous louons cette magnifique villa toute équipée une semaine pour 9 personnes ( pour des raisons d'organisation et de répartition de couchages, nous ne pouvons pas partir avec un plus gros groupe); cependant la maison peut héberger bien plus de personnes (amis, couple, famille...). L'accueil est toujours aussi agréable, les vacanciers sont ravis de leur logement, de la relation avec le propriétaire et de la villa qui offre piscine, barbecue, et bien d'autres ! Animateurs et vacanciers ne pensent que du bien de cette maison, et de l'accueil. Le propriétaire est toujours disponible et prend même du temps avec le groupe pour lui faire visiter les richesses de sa région. Nous espérons pouvoir renouveler notre location dans les années à venir. Pour vous rassurer : - les photos sont bien en adéquation totale avec la villa - petit plus ; le propriétaire parle français. En vous remerciant une fois de plus de nous avoir laissé la possibilité d'offrir à nos vacanciers un moment de détente, répits et découverte! Cordialement

Pros: Kann nur empfehlen, das Haus ist nicht neu aber sauber und ausgestattet. AMADOR der Vermieter ist der beste, eine wahtsappnachricht und er staht im Hof. Pool ist neu und gut. Pfingsturlaub 2019 hat sich gelohnt.

Fin de semana espectacular

Pros: Hemos pasado un fin de semana en la casa de Amador un gran anfitrion muy amable y atento la casa esta muy bien cuidada y limpia , el jardin las zonas comunes petanca ,piscina todo en perfecto estado. La zona es tranquila y esta cerquita de la playa sin duda recomiendo esta casa. Mil gracias Amador esperamos volver pronto.

Fantastic villa in wonderful location

Pros: You would not be disappointed in this villa for a family holiday. We were 3 generations of the same family and there was so much space, and the Villa was so comfortable we had an amazing holiday. There is plenty of beds for up to 13 people!! It would also be ideal for 2 families holidaying together. The owner - Amador - is fantastic - so friendly and helpful, absolutely nothing is too much trouble. He even lent us his own Paella pan for our family celebration. The newly tiled pool is clean and very safe with plenty of sun beds available. The verandah is always cool with pleasant breezes and provides a view of the sea. At the rear there is a vine covered patio - so there is always shade, no matter what time of day. The villa is very well equipped and anything you needed extra Amador could always find. The beds and bedding are good quality with lovely clean, comfortable mattresses. Built-in fly screens meant you could have the windows open for breeze, but won't get bothered by mosquitos. Position-wise, the villa is ideal - situated less than 5 minutes stroll to the long sandy Arenalles beach, and far enough away from the village not to be bothered by any noise. However, the village is a pleasant 10-15 minute stroll along a lovely landscaped walkway looking out over the sea. We rarely drove, but sometimes my parents - over 80 - took the car. There are many restaurants and bars to choose from serving wonderful seafood and local produce. All -in-all it is a brilliant place for a relaxing holiday that I would be happy to recommend to anyone.

Pros: We were 6 adults and 6 kids (between 10 and 18 years old) for a one-week vacation. The villa is well-equipped and supernice. You find everything you need and the owner Amador is really helpful in case you need anything. We had a great stay and we warmly recommend the villa.

Pros: Villa très sympa tout près de la plage très pratique pour des familles nombreuses l'endroit aussi très jolie et calme le paysage est magnifique le propriétaire est très gentil et accueillant . Il y a tout pour s'amuser tout est ouvert jusqu'à 3h du matin il des bon Resto, des cafétéria l'endroit pour faire du sport, de la marche, vélo, bateau, jet-ski ect ect ect .... Je le recommande 5/5

Tres belle villa et propriétaire au top

Pros: Il faut commencer par Le propriétaire :il est au top. Il vous reçoit chaleureuse et est vraiment à l’Écoute des demandes. Nous avons trouvé, à votre arrivée, dans la villa toutes les brochures sur tout ce qui se fait dans la région, c’est vraiment très gentil de la part du propriétaire. La villa correspond bien au descriptif indiqué sur le site. L’extérieur est très beau. Le jardin est très agréable, il y a un terrain de pétanques c’est très sympa pour les adultes et pour les enfants. La piscine est très propre et sécurisée très important quand on a des enfants. Une pergola à la piscine permet pour ce qu’il le souhaite de se protéger du soleil. Les extérieurs sont vraiment bien entretenus. L’intérieur de la villa est très propre et pour preuve mon bébé rampait souvent sur le sol et n’avait jamais son body sale. Les lits sont corrects. C‘est très pratique d’avoir tous les ustensiles et robots dans la cuisine. La climatisation fonctionne bien, il y en que dans les chambres et c’est très bien. Le salon est frais et il n’est pas nécessaire d’en avoir. Avoir plusieurs douches et wc est vraiment un plus. Une très petite plage est à deux minutes à pied de la villa.la quartier est très calme et pas de commerces à pied, la voiture est fortement conseillée. Le seul bémol à nos vacances était la présence de moustiques et Mr Amador a su régler le problème en faisant traiter l’extérieur par un professionnel. Merci Mr Amador.

Pros: Belles prestations pour un groupe d'adultes et enfants, avec une belle villa fonctionnelle bien équipée, une piscine entretenue, un bon acceuil et de bons conseils pour visiter la région de la part du propriétaire. Juste magnifique

Pros: Une villa à la hauteur de ce que nous attendions. Mr Amador a été disponible, un homme d une grande gentillesse. La villa était très propre à notre arrivée et il y avait tout le confort nécessaire. Juste magnifique, nous étions 14 et tout était prévu. Que ce soit pour nos ados et les enfants en bas âge tout le monde a trouvé son bonheur. Un grand merci à Mr Amador qui nous a fait un bel acceuil. Une belle rencontre sur le plan humain. Excelente estancia

Pros: Nuestra estancia fue excelente, nos encontramos con todo lo que nos comentó en la casa. Pudimos dejar la compra y las maletas al llegar aunque la entrada era a las 16 horas y pudimos ir a comer sin tener que llevarnos todas las cosas.El trato con Amador fue excelente también, muy cordial y asesorándonos sobre donde podíamos ir o hacer. En definitiva totalmente aconsejable y recomendable para todas las personas que quieran disfrutar de sus vacaciones sin ninguna sorpresa desagradable. Además nos comentó que le llamáramos si surgía algún problema, para volver a ir el próximo año si nos es posible Gracias por todo a Amador

Très bien

Pros: Villa très bien, tout est conforme à la description et Amador est très sympa avec ses locataires. Tout est propre et bien aménagé. Situation très bien, ville calme. (Seul bémol nous avons presque tous attrapé des otites avec la piscine, prendre vos précautions !)

Casa Espectacular

Pros: Casa grande con todas las facilidades,ideal para ir con niños pequeños y no tan pequeños. Amador(propietrio) atentisimo en todo momento y se preocupo que nos nos faltara de nada. La piscina espectacular,desde la terraza ves a los niños bañarse. La parte trasera tiene una pista de petanca y para mi y lo mas importante una barbacoa espectacular,grande,limpia y comoda con su luz por la noche. La verdad es que hemos estado 4 dias muy comodos,en una zona tranquila y a escasos metros de la playa. Muy recomendable.
