Mercedes-Benz Stadium is 6 minutes away by car and Clark Atlanta University a 12-minute walk: this 3-bedroom Westside Atlanta home is a base for a game day, a graduation weekend at the Atlanta University Center or a convention week, with a private fenced backyard and fire pit waiting when the day is done.
The single-level house has 1,350 sq ft, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with showers, and sleeps 8. Each bedroom has a queen bed and its own door, and the sofa bed in the living room sleeps 2 more. Smart TVs, central air and heating, ceiling fans and Wi-Fi run through the house, and fresh linens, towels, a hair dryer and basic toiletries are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans and dishes, and the dining table seats everyone for breakfast before the game. A laptop-friendly workspace covers a work call, and a washer and dryer are in the home for a longer stay.
Outside, the fenced yard has a fire pit, a BBQ grill, a deck, outdoor seating and a table for eating outdoors, so an evening can end around the fire instead of in a restaurant line.
Spelman College is 3 minutes by car, Morehouse College a 14-minute walk and Ashby MARTA station an 8-minute walk, with trains toward downtown events and Hartsfield-Jackson Airport, 21 minutes by car.
Self check-in with a smart lock, free driveway parking and free street parking make arrival simple. The layout suits a stadium weekend or a campus visit with three separate bedrooms and a shared yard.

After booking, you will receive a link from our 3rd party provider Truvi to verify your identity and electronically sign our rental agreement. This is a standard requirement for all reservations and takes just a minute.

However, due to Georgia’s climate—especially during the warm and humid summer months—an occasional outdoor bug may still find its way inside. The occasional presence of a common outdoor insect does not indicate an infestation or cleanliness issue and, by itself, is not grounds for a refund or cancellation.
