Guests are expected to take out the trash and tidy up before checking out. Put dishes in the dishwasher and towels in the washing machine.

Also, just so you’re aware in advance, my community is very quiet and respectful, so I do have a strict Events & Parties Policy:

• My home is not a party house and I kindly ask that all guests treat it with respect.
• Events, gatherings, or parties (such as birthdays, holidays, or celebrations) are allowed only with prior approval.
• An event surcharge will be added to the booking price to cover additional wear, tear, and preparation. Depending on the size, this rate starts at $1200 per night.
• Guests are responsible for leaving the home clean after the event. If not, a hefty cleaning fee will be applied.

• Please note: if a party is held without approval, the authorities will be notified.
