Bluff Ridge Retreat is newly built in 2026, so book it this year and you're getting a cabin nobody has really broken in yet. New beds, new swim spa, new everything, sitting up on a wooded ridge just outside Sevierville with three king suites and room to sleep twelve.

The deck is the reason to book this one. We've had guests text us photos of black bears wandering through the trees below while they're up top with their morning coffee, which is about as close as you'd ever want to get to one. Keep the food inside and you've got a front-row seat. In the evening it's all about dinner out there. Get the grill going, cook up steaks or a pile of burgers for the whole group, and eat while the sun drops behind the ridge.
Rainy afternoon, or a group that can't sit still? The loft has air hockey and arcade games and it's usually where the kids end up, plus a couple of the dads. The swim spa and hot tub are the move after a long day on the trails. All three king bedrooms have their own bathroom, so mornings don't turn into a waiting game, and between the full-over-full bunks and the living room sleeper there's space for the extra folks who always seem to tag along.
You're a few minutes from the Parkway and the Tanger Outlets, with Dollywood a short drive past that, and a grocery store close by for the nights you'd rather grill in than head out.
