    The holiday apartment 'Trilocale Carlotta' in Castiglion Fibocchi is a part of the Poggio Primo farmhouse dating back to 1800. The 75 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 6 people. Available amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a TV.     The apartment is part of the farmhouse Poggio Primo, a typical Tuscan country house, runned by Marini's family.

    Please note that the kitchen is equipped with a portable electric induction cooktop. For safety reasons it is indeed forbidden to have the gas cooktop inside the building. The boiler is located outside the property.

    Guests of the property enjoy access to a shared outdoor area with a pool (open from mid-May to September, please note that opening periods may change depending on weather conditions), a garden and an outdoor shower.

    The property is conveniently situated in the heart of the Tuscan countryside at the foot of the Pratomagno alley, between Valdarno, Casentino, Arezzo and Val di Chiana. The perfect location to get to Arezzo's Christmas markets. It is possible to do wine and oil tastings, and winery tours.

    Très agréable séjour

    Endroit charmant, très bien aménagé. Plein d'espaces différents, notamment pour les enfants. La piscine est un vrai plus. Hôtes disponibles, et gentils. Logement un peu juste pour 6 personnes (3 adultes et 3 enfants) en équipement et en place.

    Am schönsten ist der freie Platz vor den Häusern mit einem gepflegten Rasen und einem schönen, großen Pool. Unschön ist der Zustand der Wohnungen mit Schimmel im Bad.
