The holiday apartment Bilocale Santolaio is located in Castiglion Fibocchi and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. The 65 m² property consists of a living room with two single beds, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), heating, a shared laundry room (for an extra fee) as well as a TV. A table tennis table is also available for your use. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

Please note that the kitchen is equipped with a portable electric induction cooktop. For safety reasons it is indeed forbidden to have the gas cooktop inside the building. The boiler is located outside the property.

The apartment is part of the farmhouse Poggio Primo, a typical Tuscan country house, runned by Marini's family

A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool (open from mid-May to September, please note that opening periods may change depending on weather conditions), a garden, a barbecue, a children's kindergarten and an outdoor shower, is also available for your use.

The holiday apartment is in the flat part of the Poggio Primo farmhouse, which dates back to 1800. It is located in the heart of the Tuscan countryside at the foot of the Pratomagno valley and lies in a strategic position between Valdarno, Casentino, Arezzo, and Val di Chiana. The perfect location to get to Arezzo's Christmas markets. Crib is available for a fee. It is possible to do wine and oil tastings, and winery tours.
