This 4-star apartment is in a central but quiet prime location in Willingen
3-room non-smoking comfort apartment for 2-4 people with WiFi, two bedrooms and south-facing balcony as well as a great view of the spa park, Ettelsberg & cable car. A great apartment, great view and top location come together here. The cable car/ski area, lagoon adventure pool, visitor center, ice rink, center and train station are just 2-5 minutes away on foot. The modern and very tastefully furnished 3-room apartment with top equipment and "feel-good ambience" is particularly suitable for family and long-term vacations.

All basic prices are for 4 people and include bed linen (beds made), towels and final cleaning.

Our daily prices above mentioned are calculated for a stay of 4 nights!

Please take the following surcharges/discounts into account:

- Surcharge for short stay 2 nights: + 90€
- Surcharge for short stay 3 nights: + 45€
- 7 for 6 nights: When booking 7 nights, we only charge 6 nights in most seasons (except (public) holidays and events)

Note:
For 7-night bookings Sunday-Sunday, we can only partially grant the 7 for 6 nights discount, as our cleaning staff are paid according to the tariff and receive double pay for work on Sundays and public holidays.

You will receive the binding total price from us with an inquiry or booking by email.

- We accept booking requests under the seasonal minimum stay at the earliest 4 weeks in advance - or if there are gaps in bookings.
- Arrivals/departures on Saturdays are only possible for stays of 5-6 nights
- Surcharges are possible for events and special dates not listed in the seasonal prices!
- In addition, there is the tourist tax of currently € 3 per person per day for people aged 15 and over

Deposit & payment conditions:

A general deposit of €200 is charged for this property.
You must transfer the deposit up to 14 days before arrival together with the remaining payment - and it will be transferred back to you within seven to ten working days after departure.

Terms of payment:
- 20% deposit within one week of receiving the booking confirmation.
- Remaining payment up to 14 days before arrival
- For short-term bookings <21 days in advance, everything must be transferred immediately within 24 hours of receiving the booking confirmation.
- Cash payment on site is not possible!
