Die Wohnung ist hell und zweckmässig eingerichtet, der Balkon hat eine gute Grösse. Sehr gut war der zur Wohnung gehörige abschliessbare Fahrradschuppen und der Parkplatz direkt am Haus.Graal-Müritz hat einen sehr schönen breiten sauberen Sandstrand und in der Umgebung kann man schöne Fahrradtouren machen, viel entdecken und besichtigen. Besichtigt haben wir das Jagdschloss Gelbensande, den Vogelpark Marlow, das Kloster Ribnitz mit Bernsteinmuseum, die schönen Häfen und das Oceaneum in Stralsund.
