Toller Kurzurlaub

Das Haus ist definitiv gehobene Kategorie un liegt mega toll in 2. Reihe. Es erfüllt alle Ansprüche und lässt keine Wünsche offen! Es gab für uns nur 2 kleine Kritikpunkte. Hinsichtlich der Klimatisierung gab es keine Einweisung/Dokumentation. Nicht jeder kennt sich mit Wärmepumpen bzw. dem neuesten Lüftungsstandard aus. Es wäre hilfreich zu wissen, wie die Wärme an dem Schalter neben der Tür reguliert werden kann.Der andere Kritikpunkt war die Sauberkeit der Küchenutensilien. Wir mussten für die 3 Nächte eine Reinigungspauschale von 187 (!) leisten und fanden in den Schränken verdrecktes Geschirr. Sei es der Kaffeepott, Teller, ein Topf oder auch das Plastksieb. Bei ein oder zwei dreckigen Gegenständen hätte ich nichts geschrieben, aber wir hatten am ersten Morgen das Gefühl, dass wir die wichtigsten Dinge alle spülen müssten. Das ist zwar meckern auf hohem Niveau, doch bei so einem gehobenen Objekt darf man absolute Sauberkeit erwarten und da hört gerade auch das Geschirr dazu.

Sehr schön aber in dem Schlafzimmer unserer Freunde in dem sich ebenfalls ein Bad befand ,war es sehr kalt. Das Schlafzimmer war kalt . Es hat sehr lange gedauert bis das Wasser in der Dusche warm wurde. Wir hätten uns eine direkte Hausabnahme gewünscht, somit hätte man die Mängel gleich beheben können. Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in schöner, sehr ruhiger Lage!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Familienurlaub an der Ostsee. Das Haus ist modern und hochwertig eingerichtet, bietet viel Platz und ist in 2. Reihe sehr ruhig gelegen. Den Strand erreicht man in 2 Minuten, Bäcker und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls ganz in der Nähe. Wir können das Haus Meeresrauschen absolut empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!
