This farmhouse, built in 1660, was lovingly renovated and modernised in 2022 and now offers holidaymakers and those seeking peace and quiet contemporary comfort coupled with traditional charm in two unique accommodations.

Unchanged structures such as original wooden beams and brickwork, as well as traditional, handcrafted elements made of wood and iron, blend seamlessly with the modern furnishings, always offering the eyes something new to discover and giving the accommodation an exceptional, alpine, rustic character. Quietly located in idyllic Farchant, you can enjoy the surrounding mountains undisturbed. At the same time, the location offers you an ideal starting point for short or long discovery tours in the Werdenfels homeland. A large playground, a forest adventure trail, the outdoor swimming pool and the entry track for cross-country skiing are in the immediate vicinity.


Apartment Bergfeuer

In the former stable of Haus Hoamat, very special accommodation with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and space for up to 4 people has been created. Enjoy modern style and rustic character against an idyllic mountain backdrop.

The heart of the accommodation is a bright, open living room with kitchen. A cosy seating area with dining table invites you to eat and sit together. The fully equipped kitchen leaves no culinary wishes unfulfilled.
Adjacent is a separate TV room with a large flat-screen TV and inviting seating area. If required, an additional sleeping place can also be set up here. From here you also have access to a terrace where you can enjoy plenty of fresh air thanks to comfortable garden furniture.

Also on the ground floor is one of the bathrooms, which is equipped with a ground-level shower with rain shower.

A staircase takes you to the upper floor, where another bathroom with a bathtub awaits you in addition to the two bedrooms. Both bedrooms are furnished with a comfortable double bed and each has a flat-screen TV and spacious wardrobes to store your luggage.

A special highlight is offered by a cosy, weather-protected loggia, which can be reached via the upper floor and offers a fantastic view of the mountains. The perfect place to enjoy the sunset.

The accommodation also has a drying room where you can conveniently deposit your hiking and skiing equipment and where you can also use a washing machine.

A parking space is reserved for your vehicle directly in the driveway.

Vacation on four legs - You are welcome to bring your pet to this accommodation for a fee. Please let us know in advance. We charge €15.00/night per pet.
