This barrier-free apartment offers modern comfort, peace and nature away from the city - but still close to the lively town center. The Stryckpark, the hiking trails, the cross-country ski center and the Mühlenkopfschanze are just a few steps away. By bike you can reach the K1 chairlift/bike park in 10 minutes. The lagoon adventure pool, ice rink, visitor center, Ettelsberg cable car and center are about 1500-2000m away.

Information on accessibility:
The apartment is barrier-free, but not barrier-free according to DIN. Unfortunately, the barrier-free filter is not available in booking portals, which is why we list the holiday property there as barrier-free, because it is still easy to use for many people with walking difficulties. The approximately 25m short path from the parking lot to the apartment is paved and at ground level. The door to the bathroom is 79cm wide. The bathroom is cramped and can only be used to a limited extent with a walker. The 80x80cm shower has a threshold of approximately 8cm. The balcony door has the usual threshold.

All basic prices are for 2 people and include bed linen (beds made), towels and final cleaning.

Our daily prices above mentioned are calculated for a stay of 4 nights!

Please take the following surcharges/discounts into account:
- Surcharge for short stay 2 nights: + 50€
- Surcharge for short stay 3 nights: + 30€
- Discount 7 nights - 30€


You will receive the binding total price from us with an inquiry or booking by email.

- We accept booking requests under the seasonal minimum stay at the earliest 4 weeks in advance - or if there are gaps in bookings.
- Arrivals/departures on Saturdays are only possible for stays of 5-6 nights
- Surcharges are possible for events and special dates not listed in the seasonal prices!
- In addition, there is the tourist tax of currently € 3 per person per day for people aged 15 and over

Deposit & payment conditions:

A general deposit of € 150 is charged for this property.
You must transfer the deposit up to 14 days before arrival together with the remaining payment - and it will be transferred back to you within seven to ten working days after departure.

Terms of payment:
- 20% deposit within one week of receiving the booking confirmation.
- Remaining payment up to 14 days before arrival
- For short-term bookings <21 days in advance, everything must be transferred immediately within 24 hours of receiving the booking confirmation.
- Cash payment on site is not possible!
