Die Ferienwohnung "Holgünt 8" hat uns mit ihrer wunderschönen Lage überzeugt. Der kurze Weg zum Strand, die Aussicht zur Ostsee (im Winter durch unbelaubte Bäume natürlich noch besser als im Sommer) tragen natürlich viel dazu bei. Aber auch die hell und freundlich eingerichteten Räume machen es leicht, sich wohlzufühlen. An Ausstattung hat uns nichts Entscheidendes gefehlt. Einzig etwas komfortablere Sitzmöbel (z. B. ein Sofa mit der Möglichkeit, zu zweit die Füße hochzulegen) hätten uns noch besser gefallen, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Wir buchen die Wohnung bei Gelegenheit gern wieder.

Das Gebäude, in dem sich die Wohnung befindet, ist von außen überaus hässlich, aber die Wohnung - eine Art Penthaus-Wohnung in der 2. Etage - ist hervorragend. Rundumlaufende Terrasse mit Meerblick und Strandkorb, absolut vollständige Ausstattung (incl. Waschmaschine), großes Bad, viel Platz, große Wohnküche. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig - trotz nebenanliegender Baustelle.

Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet. Helle Räume. Die Lage ist optimal. Der riesige Balkon mit dem Strandkorb ist hervorragend. Leider stört momentan die benachbarte Baustelle, nach Beendigung der Baustelle kommen wir bestimmt wieder
