Our Villa Sunce ***** 5-star (Croatia, Klenovica) was completed in March 2023 and features modern, tasteful furnishings. Sunce is located directly on the crystal-clear sea, with a private beach and direct access to the water. Situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of Klenovica, yet just a 5-minute walk from cafés and restaurants, the villa offers everything you need for a carefree holiday by the sea. Sunce features a secluded terrace with a summer kitchen, a shaded pergola, and a heated pool. The pool is heated from early May through late September. The crystal-clear sea lies directly in front of the private beach. <br>Beneath a grove of mature trees, you’ll find a barbecue area and an additional shaded retreat to escape the summer heat. <br>The villa’s spacious layout spans two floors. The ground floor features an open-concept living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with access to the beautiful 140 m² terrace with a pool. The villa offers four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, ideal for 8+2 guests. <br>All rooms face the sea, offering breathtaking views of the ocean and the island of Krk. High-speed Wi-Fi is, of course, available. <br>Shops open daily and a bakery are located in the town centre, about 250 m away. The flat pebble beaches of Klenovica are perfect for swimming and sunbathing. For entertainment and sports activities, we offer stand-up paddleboarding, jet skis, banana boats, and much more. In addition, you can explore the surrounding area with its idyllic bays on various boat tours. We’ve got our little guests well taken care of with a playground.
