Also wir haben das Penthouse schon das 2. mal gebucht und freuen uns auch schon drauf im Februar 2026 da sein zu können. Ich würde nur für die warmen Monate ein Ventilator oder sogar eine mobile Klimaanlage vorschlagen die man ja mit mieten kann wer will. Das andere wäre Balkon Tür und Schlafzimmer Fenster ein Insektenschutz zu montieren. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne

Gute Lage

Um 15 Uhr war Schlüsselübergabe am Tresor. Zimmer war nicht geputzt und Bettwäsche vom Vormieter und Hundehaare überall. Nach Anforderung wurde geputzt und dann war die Wohnung auch okay. Matratzen waren sehr hart und auch die Schlafcouch war sehr unbequem. Lage mit Blick auf die Nordsee ist top aber die Treppen sind mit Gepäck eine Herausforderung.

Alles ok, bis auf den Zustand des Balkons. Der zugehörige Parkplatz für die Wohnung ist sehr eng und niedrig, so dass wir kaum mit unserer Dachbox reinkamen und sie nicht in der Garage öffnen konnten. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung schön. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Leider entspricht der Zustand der Wohnung nicht mehr dem auf den Bildern. Die Tapeten sind dreckig und beschädigt, im Flur an der Decke ist ein Wasserfleck. Die Wand neben der Spülmaschine ist voller Dreck, der Boden unter dem Esstisch und im Wohnzimmer war dreckig, klebrige Flecken und überall noch Hundehaare. Die Gläser und Tassen die im Schrank standen, waren dreckig und klebrig. Die Krönung war aber, dass die Balkontür kaputt war und nicht zu ging. Sie war aus dem Scharnier raus gebrochen. Als wir das am Empfang angesprochen haben, sagte man uns ganz selbstverständlich das man das wüsste, aber vor September keiner käme. Das hätte man uns bei der Anreise zumindest mal sagen können. Auch hätte man drauf hinweisen können dass das Fenster in dem kleinen Zimmer direkt neben dem Küchenabzug des Restaurants ist. Dort hat es durchgängig gestunken nach Fett und Essen. Im Schlafzimmer lässt sich zu dem das Fenster nur minimal öffnen. Durch die Südausrichtung eher ungünstig, da es ringsherum keine Außenrollos oder anderweitige Verschattung gibt. Abschließend bleibt anzumerken: 3. Stock ohne Aufzug. Insgesamt schöner Urlaub - aber Preis-/Leistung: Tendenz ungenügend.

Zum Inventar: die Balkontür war kaputt und ins wurde gesagt das der Fehler schon bekannt ist dennoch wurde sie in der Woche Aufenthalt nicht repariert. Die Couch roch nach nassem Hund und eine Fußleiste im 2 Schlafzimmer war locker! Empfehlenswert wäre die Möglichkeit zum staubsaugen in der Wohnung.
