Die Beschreibung der Wohnung als renoviert würde ich eher als teilrenoviert bezeichnen. Der Balkon ist leider sehr sehr klein was aus der Beschreibung auch nicht hervorgeht. Auch die Sauberkeit vor allem im Bad ist ausbaufähig. Viele Stellen wurden länger nicht geputzt.

Lage toll, Wohnung sehr schön aber es fehlen ein paar Kleinigkeiten z.B. scharfe Messer. Bei dem Aufenthalt von 3 Wochen hätten wir gerne mal frische Bettwäsche gehabt. Ganz Große Kritik an den Hausmeister hatte in der Zeit mehrmals Urlaub und war zwar erreichbar aber nicht vor Ort. Wenn er vor Ort war dann zwischen 7 und 8 Uhr eine unangemessene Zeit wenn man im Urlaub ist. Und beim Kauf von den Waschmarken für die Waschmaschine + Trockner mussten wir pro Marke 3,50 Euro zahlen (absolut teuer) als er dann mal nicht vor Ort war konnten wir die Marken dann auch bei Appartements St. Peter Ording GmbH, Wittendüner Allee 19, 28526 St. Peter Ording erwerben für 0,50 Euro (kein Schreibfehler). UNGLAUBLICH aber Wahr !!
