Alles hat wunderbar geklappt. Das Häuschen ist zwar deutlich kleiner als in der offiziellen Beschreibung angegeben- vermutlich zählt aber die Terrasse mit zur Nettofläche. Eine sehr nette Unterkunft, prima ausgestattet, tolle Lage und sehr sympathisch.

Sehr schöner Bungalow in zentraler Lage und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Vom Buchungsablauf, der Kommunikation zwischendrin, dem Aufenthalt und bis zur Abreise alles Bestens gewesen.

Wir haben nun das zweite Mal in diesem Objekt Urlaub gemacht und es war wieder einfach nur toll. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und vorallem ist alles super sauber. Es gab sogar dieses Mal für unseren Hund auch eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit. Würde hier immer wieder buchen!

Schöne Auszeit mit Abstrichen

Wir waren im Juni 2025 im schönen St. Peter Ording. Zuerst gilt es zu erwähnen, dass SPO eine Reise wert ist. Unser Aufenthalt im Bungalow Lachmöwe war allerdings nur bedingt schön. Das Bungalow liegt sehr ruhig direkt neben dem Westküstenpark. Man hat eine eigene Einfahrt mit Tor zum Grundstück, in der man sein PKW abstellen kann. Zu dem Häuschen gehört noch ein großes Gartengrundstück mit einer schönen Terrasse mit bequemen Gartenmöbeln inkl. Strandkorb. Der Bungalow ist schön eingerichtet und bietet Platz für max. 4 Pers. Leider haben wir schon beim Betreten des Hauses einen unangenehmen, modrigen Geruch festgestellt. Dies monierten wir neben diverser Sauberkeitsmängel. Die Apartmentvermittlung war sehr engagiert, schon nach wenigen Minuten war eine Reinigungskraft vor Ort und bot eine Nachreinigung an. Diese lehnten wir ab, da wir auch selbst nochmal saugen können. Allerdings stank der Staubsauger so extrem nach Hund, dass dies nicht möglich war. Vermutlich ist Feuchtigkeit die Ursache des muffigen Geruchs. Da es im ganzen Gebäude Stockflecken an den Wänden gibt. Auch diese monierten wir, neben der kaputten Heizung im Bad, die uns von der Wand entgegenkam und umgehend repariert wurde. Der muffige Geruch jedoch, der auch nach viel Lüften noch extrem da war, begleitete uns die ganze Woche. Der Hauseigentümer wurde darüber informiert und man schickte ihm auch Bilder der Stockflecken. Gemeldet hat sich bis heute leider niemand. Das hat die Urlaubsfreude schon sehr getrübt.

Der Ferienbungalow hat unsere Erwartungen sogar noch übertroffen. Wir haben Ihn ordentlich und sauber vorgefunden. Sowohl die Menschen wie auch der Hund haben sich sehr wohlgefühlt. Nächstes Jahr wurde direkt wieder gebucht.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt,ruhig gelegen,aber alles gut zu erreichen. Liebevoll eingerichteter Bungalow,mit allem was man braucht. Schöner Terassenbereich mit Strandkorb&grosser Sitzecke,um draußen zu essen…mit schönem Blick auf den Rasen/Garten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Ferienhaus hat uns gut gefallen. Die erst nicht funktionierende Heizung wurde schnell gestartet. Aber es wäre schön wenn der Garten mal aufgeräumt würde. Alter Rasenschnitt aus den letzten Jahrzehnten gehört da wirklich nicht hin !!! Briefkastenschlüssel und einige Infos über Müll etc wäre auch noch gut. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Wilfried Paß

Leider schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht mit Euch - wir werden wohl nicht mehr bei Euch buchen - auch am Telefon sehr unhöfliche und unzureichende Auskünfte ( besonders der Mann im Büro müsste im Punkto Urlaubsinfo und Planung nachschulung bekommen) schließlich sind wir Kunden doch die die im Urlaub sich erholen wollen und voller Vorfreude sind das wird bei Ankunft im Büro schnell getrübt- unverständlich schade ……. Ein Mieter weniger :-(((((
