Die Rückenlehne der Couch ist kaputt. Die Dachterrasse ist ungepflegt. In der Beschreibung des Penthouses im Internet steht leider nicht, dass kein Fahrstuhl vorhanden ist. Für mich ein großes Problem. Gut gefallen hat mir der Ordner mit allen Bedienungsanleitungen und Informationen.

Insgesamt immer sehr zufrieden bisher. Verbesserungsvorschläge: - Wlan in der Villa Anna ist sehr schwach und könnte besser sein. - Stornomodalitäten halte ich für nicht zeitgemäß. lt. AGB 2016: Stornofrei nur bis 13 Monate vor Mietbeginn und 90%! Mietsumme ab 12 Monate vor dem Mietbeginn.

Sowohl die Wohnküche im Apartment als auch das Treppenhaus haben gestunken. Als ich das an der Rezeption angesprochen habe, wurde nur verwundet geguckt und gesagt der Hausmeister würde später mal gucken. Gerochen hat es weiterhin. Wir hatten den gesamten Aufenthalt über Durchzug, damit es geht. Oberflächlich war es sauber, im Bad gab es jedoch viele Stellen, an denen man gesehen hat, dass dort nur sporadisch geputzt wird. Die Couch war total zerschlissen. Wären wir -wie geplant- zu dritt angereist, hätte ich die Couch als Schlafplatz sofort reklamiert. Der Balkon war dreckig und ungepflegt. Wir kommen seit Jahren nach SPO und hatten noch nie so eine schlechte Unterkunft-mit Abstand nicht. Das Bett war super. Wenigstens etwas. Alles in allem eine herbe Enttäuschung, sowohl vom „Service“ als auch vom Apartment. Ich werde es künftig vermeiden über Duggen zu mieten.
