The annex consists of a double bedroom, with the possibility of adding a single bed, a bathroom with shower, a single bedroom, and a living room with kitchenette with table and chairs.

Externally there is a parking area and an additional bathroom.

At the entrance of the property you will find majestic and beautiful marble statues, a wonderful garden with palm trees, plants and Mediterranean flowers, a barbecue area along with a stone cooking system, perfect for your barbecues with an indoor dining area.

Through the beautiful stone staircase you will have access to the pool area, where you will also find a jacuzzi for two people.

Animal friends are allowed and inside the villa you will find two dog kennels.

We also provide our guests with two bikes for adults and the much-loved game of table soccer.

Inside you will find every comfort.

We advise our guests to equip themselves with a car and visit the beautiful town of Castellammare del Golfo, Scopello with its very famous Tonnara and the Zingaro Zingaro Reserve, Alcamo Marina with its unparalleled golden sandy beach spread over 6 km of coastline.

It is located 2 km from the supermarket "Decò", 3 km from the sandy beach "Spiaggia di Alcamo Marina", 3 km "Sunshine Alcamo Marina", 5 km of the city "Alcamo Paese", 5 km from the train station "Castellammare del Golfo", 6 km from the bus station "Alcamo Paese", 15 km "Terme Segestane - Castellammare Del Golfo", 15 km from the rocky beach "Scopello", 40 km from the airport "Palermo" and is located in an ideal area for children, close to the sea.

The host lives in the main villa but guarantees maximum privacy (separate entrance). The outside of the property is shared (the owner lives in the neighboring house) but is for private use. The owner does not use the exterior, it is very discreet and will be seen very little.
