Splendid independent villa 100 meters from the beach in Trappeto, in the province of Palermo in Sicily. The immediate proximity to the sea makes it easy to walk to the beach made of fine sand suitable especially for children. The villa consists of two double bedrooms, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom and a kitchen. Outside, ample space, both in the front of the house and in the back with additional built-in kitchen, bathroom and shower cabin. Two covered verandas and a large garden with sea view. Parking space for 2/3 cars. The house is equipped with air conditioning and TV (free channels only), free wi-fi, water and gas reserves.
Transportation to and from Palermo and Trapani airports offered at additional cost.

A wonderful place to stay

We had a wonderful time there, the host was really nice. The house is great, everything you need is there. ☺ A wonderful beach is only a 1 Minute away by foot.. The pam pam Pizzeria is near by. ☺ Also sometimes useful. You have a lot possibilities to sit and relax at the house to enjoy. That is really nice. We will surely come back.

Beautiful home by the sea

From Marco meeting us at the door until he waved us goodbye one week later everything was lovely and nothing was too much trouble. We had a slight problem with a light bulb and empty lpg gas cylinder but Marco dealt with these immediately. Everything you need is there even soap powder for the washing machine. And a welcome gift of a bottle of wine and water were much appreciated. He even drove out of his way to take us to a supermarket when we arrived just in time to stock up provisions. Everything was lovely and clean. A car is required but there is an adequate restaurant 100 yards away and a great beach bar/ lido a further 100 yards away. We would highly recommend this place. Hôte très aimable et disponible. Maison agréable tout près de la plage.

La maison dispose d'une grande terrasse en trois parties (dont une avec vue sur mer). Il y a une cuisine et une douche dehors (en plus de celles de la maison), ce qui est bien appréciable en été. Les chambres sont agréables. Marco est très aimable et fournit des informations sur les environs.

Die Villa von Marco befindet sich in eine schöne Lage und nur 100 Meter vom Strand entfernt. Man kann das Meer von der Teetasse sehen und hören. Die Villa an sich ist sehr sauber, sehr gepflegt im Haus war alles sauber und schön. Frische Bettwäsche sowie Badetücher waren für uns zu Verfügung da. Marco ist sehr Hilfsbereit und hat uns immer geholfen wenn wir seine brauchten. Als Begrüßung warteten auf uns eine Vase mit Obst und eine Flasche sizilianisches Wein. Über die Villa und deren Besitzer kann man kein schlechtes Wort sagen. Unsere zwei Wochen am Meer waren einfach perfekt. Wer gerne Zeit am Meer verbringen möchte und danach das Haus nur für sich haben ist Marcos Villa das perfekte Ort dafür.

Ottimo soggiorno

Casa a due minuti dalla spiaggia, con ampi spazi all’aperto e comode camere. Trappeto è una posizione strategica per visitare posti meravigliosi da Palermo, alla riserva dello Zingaro, a Scopello… Marco è molto disponibile e attento, ottimo padrone di casa!

Tramonto stupendo

Da Marco e Ketty ci siamo trovati benissimo! La villetta offre ogni confort ed è ben organizzata con uno spazio esterno piacevolissimo. Una passeggiata di 2 min vi porta in una spiaggia di sabbia molto carina, libera o se volete potete usufruire del lido attrezzato(consigliato ) Il mare è molto bello soprattutto al mattino. La posizione è strategica per visitare le bellissime zone limitrofe. Sia per una breve vacanza che per un soggiorno più lungo, alla scoperta delle bellezze siciliane, consiglio sicuramente la struttura di Marco e Ketty . Io ho soggiornato con i miei figli (14 E10) mia mamma e mia sorella. Alla splendida accoglienza dei proprietari affianco gli splendidi tramonti che potrete ammirare. Provate anche il ristorantino Pam Pam prima di arrivare in spiaggia. Sono ben organizzati con primi e secondi di pesce anche da asporto o con consegna a domicilio. Buona vacanza e grazie a Marco e Ketty .Un caro saluto

Superbe extérieur

Marco est un hote formidable, disponible et toujours prêt à rendre service . Vie à l'extérieur en continu, grâce à la superbe terrasse, en hauteur pour les repas, avec auvents de protection si nécessaire, coin salon très agréable sur terrasse qui s'avance jusqu'au petit carré d'herbe pour les moments chauds, 3 transats, petits parasols à disposition pour la plage qui est à 1 minute, très belle, de sable, avec surveillance... Chambres très belles, volets bien occultants, bonheur de pouvoir disposer de 2 cuisines (une principale, grande, à l'extérieur, et une petite à intérieur pour préparer petit déjeuner, 2 frigos...). Localisation parfaite pour visiter les environs remarquables en sites culturels (Monreale, palerme, erice, segeste...) et paysages (réserve de zingaro à ouest, calla rossa à est...)

Prachtige woning aan de rand van de zee

Bij aankomst werden we heel gastvrij ontvangen door Marco en zijn familie. We kregen een fles wijn en een schaal met fruit Het huis is erg ruim met een mooi zonneterras Er is ook een grote buitenkeuken; Het huis ligt op 75 meter van de zee en er is een groot mooi zandstrand waar je zeer goedkoop stoelen kunt huren. Ook is er een leuke pizzeria/restaurant met heel vriendelijke bediening De omgeving biedt heel veel mogelijkheden om uitstappen te doen We komen zeker volgend jaar terug Hartelijk bedankt Marco voor alles Gracie Denis, Jackie en Martine

Abbiamo soggiornato a Villa Namali dal 12 al 22 maggio 2018.Questa villa a pochi passi dalla spiaggia può essere usata anche come punto di appoggio per chi vuole godersi le bellezze della Sicilia come abbiamo fatto noi. Nelle vicinanze si possono visitare Castellamare del golfo,la Riserva dello zingaro,Scopello,Erice,San Vito lo Capo, Mondello,Calatafimi,Segesta e Palermo. I proprietari di questa villa ,Marco e Celeste sono gentili e disponibili, la casa ha una bellissima cucina esterna per delle cene o grigliate.Ambiente pulito e ordinato.Lo consigliamo. Tolles Haus mit Meerblick und super Sonnenterrasse

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Herzlich empfangen. Das Haus ist ausreichend ausgestattet, alles notwendige vorhanden. Schön und ruhig gelegene Ferienhaus nur wenigen Meter vom Strand entfernt. Wir werden sicher mal wieder nach Sizilien kommen!
