Villa located in the Zingaro Reserve with flourishing vegetation and amazing sea view, set in a quiet and very nice residence.
The sea is located just 200 metres from the villa, there are two beaches perfect for sea lovers: a wide cove with private access and eventual passage boats, and another smaller beach separated from the rest.
In the residence you will find a playground for children, a soccer field and volleyball court, a large parking adjacent to the sea and facilities to put canoes and small boats.
The Villa has a spacious living room with two sofas, one sofa bed, dining table and belief; two bedrooms with double bed and two bedroom with two single beds each.; three bathrooms with showers; one large kitchen fully equipped (ovens, refrigerator, dishwasher, crockery).
The Villa is tastefully decorated, fully equipped, WI-FI internet, washing machine, TV, air conditioning and fireplace, equipped with every comfort including linen, iron & ironing board, hair dryer.
The Villa is surrounded by a large outdoor terrace, consisting of an open veranda, equipped with a kitchen with stove, sink and BBQ griddle. The terrace, with different exposures, allows to enjoy shaded parts, suitable for lunch-time and relax, as sunny areas offering a wonderful view over the sea, equipped with deck chairs, rocking couch and dining tables.
The Villa is surrounded by a lush and well-kept garden, equipped with outdoor shower.

A Place to stay in Scopello

We enjoyed the house, the large garden, the wonderfull view, the nearby beach, and the silence very much. The house is very well equipped. Everything is according to the description and works well. In Scopello you find a selection of good restaurants and you find a market nearby where you will find excellent food and wine

Absolutely fantastic: peaceful, beach, nature preserve

We came here with 9 people (though be aware that the host perfectly reasonably would prefer 8 max and charged us 140 eur for the extra person, which was totally fine) for a week and had an amazing time. The property is in a gated community with semi-private access to a beach a short walk away. There is actually quite a lot of land available: the terrace that the house is built on, as well as a similarly-sized terrace above and below. The house is great: nothing super fancy, but very comfortable, with enough plates and cups and stuff for all of us to eat home-cooked meals out of. There are a couple of tourist-priced supermarkets around, but if you're looking to buy food I would absolutely recommend going to the nearest big city, as prices are easily more than twice as cheap. The host had some great recommendations, including a pretty hidden local hot spring pool which the kids especially had a great time at. The property is also literally right next door to a huge nature preserve which has a surprising quantity of really nice and quiet hidden beaches (!!), so absolutely go for a walk along the water-side trail there ;) All in all a fantastic experience -- thank you!! P.S the turtles were absolutely adorable and we loved watching them walk around :D

Nous avons séjourné à Scopello 8 jours avec nos enfants et petits enfants , la maison était idéale tant au niveau de la disposition des chambres et sanitaires ( 1 suite parentale) ( 3 salles de bains) que de la très grande terrasse et du magnifique jardin avec vue sur mer La disposition des 2 tables extérieures, nous a permis de toujours manger à l’ombre Nous avons apprécié le calme du quartier et l’accès privé à la plage avec parking Nous avons été très gentiment reçu

Location vecchiotta ma meravigliosa

Abbiamo soggiorrnato in questa villa in 8, 4 adulti e 4 ragazzi agosto 2021. Il posto è posizionato a ridosso della Riserva dello Zingaro il cui ingresso si raggiunge a piedi. E' vecchiotta e necessiterebbe di un bel restauro ma è davvero l'unico difetto. 4 stanze doppie con aria condizionata o pale al soffitto e tre bagni più grande sala, grande cucina e ampi spazi esterni rendono il soggiorno confortevolissimo. Il giardino esterno affacciato sul mare .... difficile dimenticarlo !! Il gran caldo e l'affollamento delle spiagge non sono colpa della struttura ! 5 stelle e grazie

das Haus entsprach genau unseren Vorstellungen,die Beschreibung des Objektes traf zu, besonders die Aussenküche war einfach klasse, man hatte keinen Essensgeruch hinterher im Haus. Der Kieselstrand gut zu erreichen. Sonia war schnell zu erreichen,als es einmal Stromausfall gab und hat direkt einen Handwerker geschickt. Nochmal danke an unsere Gastgeberin. E quindi uscimmo a riveder le stelle (ed il mare)

In questa villa non manca assolutamente nulla, c'è veramente tutto quello che serve e forse di più (es. 2 ombrelloni, teli mare, macchina del caffè Nespresso, fornetto, microonde, piastra elettrica, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, ...); consiglio di portare solo i propri effetti personali. L'aria condizionata è stata sicuramente un valore nelle nottate più calde. Un altro indiscutibile valore è la cucina esterna con annesso barbecue, dove si possono trascorrere serate all'insegna di ottime grigliate di pesce e/o carne. Dal patio antistante la villa e dall'annesso giardino si gode di una vista fantastica e rilassante sul golfo di Castellammare del Golfo. La villa è inserita in un residence molto tranquillo, che dispone di un parcheggio privato (raggiungibile in pochi secondi di auto) adiacente ad una caletta dove il mare è meraviglioso; la caletta è anche raggiungibile a piedi, tuttavia data la pendenza della strada, risalire alla villa potrebbe essere impegnativo. La Riserva dello Zingaro è a meno di 10' dalla villa, Scopello e Castellammare del Golfo sono due località molto belle. A 3km dalla villa è possibile trovare un paio di market ed un negozio di frutta. In ultimo ma non per ultimo, la signora Sonia è un super host, è stata sempre disponibile sin dalle prime interazioni antecedenti la prenotazione; ha sempre risposto tempestivamente a tutte le domande fatte prima di arrivare. Consiglio fortemente questa villa.

Proprietà un pò datata, ma pulita,confortevole , e dotata di qualsiasi cosa possa servire , ottima anche la cucina esterna con annesso barbecue , terrazze e giardino godono di una vista meravigliosa, unico neo per arrivare a mare la pendenza è estrema per percorrerla a piedi , ma con 40 secondi di auto si raggiunge il parcheggio privato adiacente alla meravigliosa caletta. La sig.ra Sonia gentilissima e disponibilissima a risolvere eventuali piccoli inconvenienti.

Soggiorno nel complesso buono, ma sopravvalutato.

Il soggiorno è andato bene, nonostante la casa dimostri tutti i suoi anni, ma la proprietaria, Sig. ra Sonia è gentile e molto disponibile a risolvere ogni imprevisto. Purtroppo nel villaggio, i proprietari delle altre case mal tollerano (per non dire non sopportano) gli affittuari che avendo dei bambini e dei ragazzi che giocano, a volte risultano non proprio silenziosi. La stanzetta con due posti letto ha una finestrella minuscola. Le pale nelle camere da letto sono poco efficaci e chi non tollera l'aria condizionata, muore di caldo. Fortunatamente si stava spesso a mare. Rientrando solo per i pasti che era un piacere cucinare nelle due cucine disponibili, molto fornite e comode. Giardino bellisssimo, ma troppo assolato la mattina, impossibile fare colazione fuori... Nel complesso siamo stati bene, anche perché ci si è adattati facilmente. Credo che il prezzo non sia congruo allo stato della casa, soprattutto per i giorni dal lunedì 26 agosto (ultima settimana del mese).

Gentile Signora mi dispiace che non vi siate trovati bene nella mia casa contrariamente a quanto, invece , si sono trovati bene altri turisti, basta leggere le altre recensioni. Vede, Signora, il residence di cui, insieme ai suoi familiari, siete stati ospiti è un luogo esclusivo con delle regole di comportamento che lei avrà avuto modo di leggere, dice che ci sono degli orari in cui la gente riposa e non vuole sentire schiamazzi, inoltre, nella mia casa io non ospito più di otto persone perché non voglio che la mia casa diventi un campeggio cosa a cui lei , Signora, non si è attenuta, nella mia casa c’è l’aria condizionata in ogni stanza e le ventole al soffitto ma per lei non è stato bastevole, mi dispiace, un’altra volta cerchi un posto dove si possono fare schiamazzi in ogni ora del giorno e che le sia consentito di pagare per otto persone ed ospitarne 12

séjour très agréable

Villa très bien située, magnifique vue et accès à la mer facile, au calme ; Grande terrasse et grand et beau jardin très agréables ; 20 min à pied de Scopello, joli petit village avec restaurants, glaces etc ... Du monde en août mais on s'y attendait, et on arrive en décalant un peu les horaires à apprécier le bord de mer La maison est grande ; on était une famille de 8 personnes pendant 2 semaines et cela s'est très bien passé. La propriétaire est très gentille et attentionnée.

In 5 Minuten zu Fuß an einem wunderschönen Strand

Wunderbare Lage so nah an einem schönen Strand mit klarem Wasser. Wir haben die große Terrasse mit Meerblick und die gut ausgestattete Küche sehr geschätzt. Die Zimmer und Bäder sind einfach und sauber. Sonia, die Vermieterin, ist sehr verbindlich, aufmerksam und korrekt. Ich würde gerne wiederkommen.

Maison très agréable dans un endroit superbe

La Villa est spacieuse et confortable, nous avons pris nos repas sur la terrasse et fait des barbecues. L’air conditionné marche bien, ce qui s´est avéré indispensable (août). Nous avons pu découvrir la réserve naturelle à 500 m de la résidence. La vue depuis la terrasse est splendide. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine ! Merci à Sonia pour son accueil

Ein Genuss

Die Hauseigentümerin hat uns herzlich empfangen. An diesem wunderschönen Ort mit einer phänomenalen Aussicht auf das Meer und die Bucht kann man ( wir 2 Familien mit 4 Kinder ) die Ferien sehr geniessen. Es bietet alles was man braucht. Das Haus bietet viel Platz. Unterschiedliche Strände, von Sand-, bis Steinbucht in der Nähe. Das Einkaufszentrum liegt nur ein paar Minuten entfernt und hat alles was man braucht. Somit kann ich diesen Ort weiterempfehlen.

absolutely marvellous

We hired this villa for two weeks at the end of May. It's HUGE and the terrace is just stunning. We were four adult friends so we all had our own bedroom.. however it will easily cater for 11. I have never seen so much crockery and so many cooking pots. A well equiped kitchen (but no microwave and the kettle arrived the day we left ) The villa is obviously a well loved home and as such is not luxurious but homely. All doors and windows have fly screens . Lashings of hot water . Spotlessly clean. The verandah goes on for ever and has just the most spectacular views . The garden is beautifully tended .The villa sits in a gated community away from the crowds and just a short drive to the beautifull village of Scopello. Its incredibly quiet and peacefull. You definately need a car . The beach that serves the community is a good walk down a steep hill.. not really very convenient for that quick dip !. We were a little dissapointed with the location of the beach as we had hoped we could pop down for a quick swim ..but it is such a steep hill you have to drive down .. but once you get there its lovely .. however no shade at all and a bit rocky underfoot. The walk back up to the villa is a trek so much easier to drive down and park in the private parking area. I suppose that is the price you pay for being at the top of the hill and getting the better views ! You are given a key to the gate onto the beach. There is a very upmarket supermarket about a 7 minute drive ( expensive ) but we stocked up in Castelmare del Golfo about 20 mins away and its also a good place to eat on the harbour front.. not expensive . Sonia is delighfull and we fell in love with " Camilla and Castro " the two turtles in the pond in the garden . I would definately reccomend this place if you want peace and quiet. It's a shame the beach is not on the doorstep and that there is no pool.. but then you'd be paying a lot more. We would definately go back

Nous avons passé en famille une semaine très agréable dans la belle villa de Sonia. Malgré notre arrivée (bien involontairement) tardive, la propriétaire s'est montrée particulièrement courtoise et compréhensive, venant même à notre rencontre pour nous guider. La vue est magnifique, l'accès à la plage privée de la résidence est aisé, la maison est spacieuse, très confortable. Tout a été prévu pour le confort des locataires, dans les moindres détails. Silence, quiétude; des jardins magnifiques et parfaitement entretenus, un panorama superbe. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.
