Elegant villa by the sea, furnished with taste and elegance, ideal for a relaxing holiday. It consists of 4 bedrooms, two doubles and two twins, two bathrooms, a large open-plan kitchen-living room and two covered verandas, one on the beach and the other a few steps from the sea.
It has a garden shaded by trees, equipped with a conversation area and a dining area with BBQ, heated outdoor shower and private parking.
Alcamo marina is a charming seaside resort, with a long sandy beach, free or equipped.
It is located in the center of the renowned Gulf of Castellammare and its location allows you to easily reach by car any place of historical, cultural, naturalistic or recreational interest.
A five-minute drive can be reached: Castellammare del Golfo with its many clubs and its nightlife, the Terme Segestane, Scopello with its Faraglioni, the Zingaro Nature Reserve and the Oriented one of Monte Bonifato, archaeological sites such as Segesta and much more.
Also less than half an hour drive you can visit the most famous places of western Sicily: San Vito Lo Capo, Palermo, Monreale, Agrigento, Selinunte, Erice, Marsala, Trapani and the Egadi Islands.

Absolutely fabulous beachfront villa

People make the difference, and Rosanna and her husband are very caring of their guests. The property is excellent, the location perfect, and the price is right. Do yourself a favor and book here, the longer the better!

Beautiful location

This is a lovely property with excellent access to the beach although you do need a car as local shops are quite basic.

Rosanna is a fantastic host, and the home is perfect for anyone who is looking for easy beach access with lots of space. I traveled with my wife and three children, and we spent long days at the beach and nights having dinner together on the very large and furnished terrace. The location is perfect for exploring different areas of Sicily. This home is highly recommended and I cannot thank Rosanna enough for her hospitality. I hope to return to the property in the future.

Beautiful place on the beach.

My three sisters and I stayed at Rosanna's place. Her place is beautiful. Lovely view patio with view of the beach. We loved being right on the beach. Rosanna and her husband were very accommodating, we had a late flight and they were there waiting for us. It was great to have parking and steps from the beach. Thank you.

Amazing beach villa!

Our stay at Rosanna’s place was fantastic! The communication went great and we got the keys at the villa with a tour of the house and local area recommendations. She is very kind and speaks English. The house has an amazing location. Right on the beach, beautiful view and with a few small stores, a pizzeria, beach bar etc. close by. It has 4 great bedrooms with ceiling fans and a large balcony with the absolute best view of the mountain sunset. There was beach toys for the children and and outdoor shower which was great for washing off sand after a day at the beach. The beach itself is amazing - pure sand, no seaweed and no (or very small) waves. We would definitely come back to Rosanna’s place in the future. Would recommend any day.

A few days in Sicily

Overall the trip stay was satisfactory . The hosts could not be faulted. The house was adequate and we particularly liked the front, back veranda and the garden space at the road front. We did not like that we knew nothing about the railway line that is situated across the road from the house entrance and on the other side of the railway tracks is a main road running parallel to it. We were also disappointed at the amount of uncollected garbage on both our road and the main road. The beach was certainly a delight and having a private access was a bonus. The hotel Battaglia (spelling ?) serves first rate food and is less than a 5 minute walk away . We had dinner there 3 times, excellent. All in all an above average stay . I would recommend it with the proviso noted above. A car is essential.

Separate waste collection is generally excellent and a source of pride for the residents. At the moment (April) the service provided was not exemplary simply because the seaside resort was in the low season.

Schöne Unterkunft direkt am Meer

Hübsche Wohnung aber ziemlich verwohnt

Die Wohnung im ersten Stock hat zwei schöne grosse Terrassen, eine gegen den Strand und eine nach hinten (Einbahnsträsslein und Bahngeleise). Das Wohnzimmer ist hübsch eingerichtet. Die Kinderschlafzimmer haben alte, durchhängende Betten. Und die Küche ist sparsam eingerichtet. Durch die Luftfeuchtigkeit muffeln die Schubladen in der Küche unangenehm, aber Lüften hilft etwas. Alles in allem eine schöne Wohnung, leider vieles etwas muffig und alt. Am meisten enttäuscht hat uns, dass wir einen Plastikstuhl bezahlen mussten, der beim ersten Draufsitzen auseinanderfiel. Das abgebrochene Stück war aber schon weg, also älterer Schaden, was die Besitzerin nicht glauben wollte. Schade.

L'ospite è stato entusiasta della villa fino a che non ha dovuto ammettere di avere causato un danno ad un arredo nuovo (era stato acquistato a giugno). La casa non è ne' umida né ammuffita, una bugia colossale! È fresca, ventilata e arieggiata e soprattutto ben arredata e corredata. Ho concesso un check-in fuori orario e un check out posticipato, ho fornito una infinità di informazioni, finanche un parcheggio a Palermo. Ho accontentato tutti i suoi desideri senza nulla chiedere mai, com'è giusto che faccia un bravo host. E questa è la riconoscenza! Davvero poco attendibili!

1 Woche Erholung in Italien

Wir haben mit 6 Personen das Haus gemietet. Die Gastgeberin war von Anfang an sehr freundlich und hat und immer mit Rat und Tat zu Seite gestanden. Sie hat uns auch schöne Orte zum besichtigen empfohlen und auch sonst alles gemacht damit wir einen top Urlaub genießen konnteb. Das Haus ist ein Traum. Auch wenn es mal heiß war , war das Dank Klimaanlage und Deckenventilatoren kein Problem. Das man zwei Terassen hat ist auch ein Riesenvorteil. Alles in Allem war der Urlaub super und komplett problemlos. Eine klare Weiterempfehlung von uns und immer wieder eine Reise wert.

Super Lage und schöne Wohnung. Die drei angegebenen Badezimmer sind tatsächlich ein vollwertiges Badezimmer eine Toilette mit Waschbecken und eine Außendusche aus der kann Wasser kommt. Ansonsten alles top. Netter Kontakt und gut ausgestattet.

Una vacanza bellissima

La casa è bellissima, comoda, ben attrezzata, sul mare. Con due bellissime terrazze, una a nord è una a sud che permettono di avere una zona fresca anche nei periodi più caldi. La terrazza sul mare è assolutamente fantastica. La proprietaria è il marito sono molto cordiali e disponibili. Veramente una bella settimana di vacanze!!

Dream beach house

The house is one dream with his placement on the beach and his sicily indoor styl. It s big, clean, suffitient for 8 person, the view from the front terrass is direkt on the see. In the bedrooms was in the night very hot but we had general very hot week. We missed some bigger supermarket near the house...but anyway good desision to go there😉and Rosana is very nice lady, always helpful and she replyed always on the messages soon

Absolute Spitzenlage

Hinten raus, Sandstrand, Meer. Besser geht`s nicht. Ruhige Lage, kein Stress. Genau so, wie man es im Urlaub haben will, aber lange nicht immer bekommt.

Très bel appartement MAIS trop cher pour les prestations fournies

Très bel appartement spacieux. Devant la mer. Environnement très agréable. Plage sympa et mer chaude ! MAIS location chère ! La climatisation doit être installée, c est une obligation et non une option. Nous avons très mal dormi car les ventilateurs sont très insuffisants. Pas assez de serviettes, pas assez de surface pour étendre le linge. Le second wc est spartiate. La machine à laver la vaisselle est d accès difficile quand les personnes ne sont pas très grandes. Pour le prix payé, on doit avoir plus ! Nous avons 3 locations cet été en Sicile et les 2 autres étaient moins coûteuses et mieux ! Dommage … à la propriétaire de faire des travaux !

erholsamer Urlaub in traumhafter Kulisse

Sind im August als Familie in Alcamo gewesen. Das Haus liegt wie beschrieben direkt am Strand und man kann den ganzen Tag die wunderschöne Aussicht genießen. Das Mobiliar ist schon etwas älter, aber alles war sehr ordentlich und sauber. Die Vermieterin kümmert sich sehr gewissenhaft und man kann sich bei jeglichen Fragen an sie wenden (Autovermietung, Reservierung Restaurant...).Strand ist gepflegt und das Wasser glasklar, unsere Tochter war begeistert. Nochmals vielen Dank Rosanna, wir kommen gern wieder!

Très belle villa au bord d'une belle plage

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette villa : on arrive par la première terrasse très fleurie et bien décorée, puis on traverse la villa jusqu'à la deuxième terrasse, attiré par la vue sur la plage. Enfin on découvre les chambres, la salle de bain, la cuisine et le salon, bien équipés. Et surtout nous avons été très bien accueillis par Rosanna qui nous a présenté la villa et donné toutes les informations nécessaires pour découvrir la région ouest de la Sicile. Il ne faut pas oublier l'accès direct sur la plage de sable fin et aux eaux claires et turquoises que nous avons beaucoup appréciée. Bref une villa à recommander pour découvrir l'ouest de la Sicile, tout en profitant d'une plage magnifique.

Strandnähe optimal

Das Objekt besticht mit seiner Strandnähe, direkt am Strand gelegen liegt es für den täglichen Ausflug zum Strand natürlich sehr optimal. Das Haus selbst besitzt zwei Etagen wobei nur die obere Etage bewohnbar ist und wir dort auch gewohnt haben. Das Haus ist soweit in Ordnung allerdings ist die Möblierung und das Inventar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wir haben uns vor Ort eine eigene Kaffeemaschine gekauft da wir die dort vorhandenen nicht benutzen wollten. In unmittelbarer Gegend gibt es kaum Restaurants oder Einkaufspassagen oder etwas zum bummeln. Wenn man etwas sehen will, muss man in den Nachbar Ort fahren, ( circa 5 km) wir waren zu dem auch noch am Saisonende da, da war natürlich nicht mehr so viel los. Aber dafür kann ja keiner was ;-) Dafür hatten wir den Strand fast für uns alleine. Alles in allem sind wir jedoch schon zufrieden gewesen. Die Abwicklung der Wohnungsinhaberin war super und auch die Betreuung während der Aufenthaltszeit ließ keine Mängel offen. Vielen Dank

Ich habe Stanislav, seine Familie und Freunde im September empfangen. Manchmal kann es regnerisch sein, aber das milde Klima ermöglicht es Ihnen, das Meer und die Umgebung zu genießen: die ausgestatteten Strände, an denen Sie zu Mittag essen, aber auch speisen oder Pizza essen können. 50 Meter vom Haus entfernt befindet sich das Hotel La Battigia mit angeschlossenem Restaurant. In 100 Metern Entfernung finden Sie ein weiteres Restaurant, in dem eine hervorragende Pizza zubereitet wird. Es ist toll, entlang der Promenade direkt neben dem Haus zu gehen. Im Badeort gibt es nur Minimärkte, was jedoch in der Gebietsbeschreibung eindeutig festgelegt ist. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und verfügt über 2 Cafeterias und eine amerikanische Kaffeemaschine: alle in exzellentem Zustand und voll funktionsfähig. Ich habe alle nützlichen Informationen für den Aufenthalt meiner Gäste zur Verfügung gestellt und hoffe, sie wieder zu sehen. Bis bald

J'ai accueilli Cécile, sa famille et ses amis pendant deux semaines. Ce fut un réel plaisir de les rencontrer. Discret, sociable, poli et respectueux. Grâce à l'emplacement optimal de la villa et aux suggestions que je leur ai proposées, mes invités ont pu beaucoup visiter: Monreale, Segesta, Scopello, la réserve du Zingaro avec excursion en bateau, le mont Etna et bien plus encore.
