Eine tolle Woche in Simmerath

Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und top ausgestattet, insbesondere die Küche. Das einzige, was wir vermisst haben, war ein kleines Eisfach, ansonsten war wirklich alles da, was man so benötigt.Simmerath bietet vielfältige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Man kann tolle Wanderungen machen und die Fahrt nach Belgien und beispielsweise Aachen ist nicht weit.

Generationenausflug

Sehr schön, die Terrasse ist herrlich. Sehr moderne luxuriöse Wohnung mit allem was das Herz begehrt, außer einem Kühlfach für unsere Jüngsten.Da musste das Eis zum Smoothie werden.

Alles da, was man braucht und noch mehr...

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, es fehlte an nichts. Der Balkon lädt zum Sitzen ein, auch wenn es regnet. Sehr gemütliche Sofa/Sessel. Tolle Küche. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great experience, great flat, great time

A huge, good equipped and very clean flat. Friendly communication and they have a fantastic ice cream cafe in the same house which was a huge and welcome surprise. :) Recommended!

Sehr komfortable Ferienwohnung in idyllischer Lage

Wir haben den 14-tägigen Aufenthalt sehr genossen, Es fehlte an nichts. Sogar eine Waschmaschine ist verfügbar. Mit dem Auto ist Simmerath ein guter Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern, für Städtebesuche und Baden im Rursee. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne geräumige Wohnung

Schöne geräumige Wohnung! Ich war mit meiner erwachsenen Tochter unterwegs, da war es gut zwei Schlafzimmer zu haben. Es ist alles vorhanden. Da die Wohnung auch komplett behindertengerecht ist, werde ich im Herbst noch einmal mit meiner 92jährigen Mutter kommen um die Wohnung und Gegend zu genießen.

Eine der best ausgestatteten FEWOs die ich bewohnt habe. Dazu ein freundlicher, zuverlässiger und unkomplizierter Vermieter. Die Lage nicht optimal, dafür die Rurtalsperre und Umgebung gut und schnell erreichbar Perfekt und empfehlenswert!

Schöne Wohnung

Sehr schöne, große und helle Wohnung. Tolle Einrichtung. Die Küche ist unser einzigster Mangel, sie hätte von den Schränken, Geschirr und Küchenuntensilien etwas sauberer sein können. Aber eine echt traumhafte Wohnung und die riesige Terrasse "einfach Mega" wir kommen gerne wieder.

Gut ausgestattete große Wohnung (es gibt einen Kartoffelstampfer!) mit guten Anbindungen zu Geschäften und Eis. Im Sommer könnte es von der Straße her bei geöffneten Fenstern tatsächlich etwas laut sein.

Super schönes Wochenende

Die Wohnung ist super schön und mit viel Charme eingerichtet. Es ist ein Stellplatz vorhanden. Wir waren mit 4 Personen in 2 Schlafräumen und 2 Bäder, großes Wohnzimmer und tolle Küche untergebracht. Bettwäsche, Handtücher und sogar eine Kaffeemaschine waren vorhanden .Die Lage ist mitten in Simmerath und nette und gute Restaurants sowie eine Mega Bäckerei sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Abwicklung lief kontaktlos ab und alles war super schön. Top

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und die Wohnung hat uns begeistert. Großzügig geschnitten, sehr hell und freundlich und mit allem ausgestattet was man im täglichen Leben so braucht. Alles sehr gepflegt. Als Sahnehäubchen gibt es eine Tiefgarage mit einem Aufzug zur Wohnung.
